LAUNDRY: - Call to make a same-day appointment, or visit in person any day to put name on first-come first-served list. - Early sign-up is recommended, as laundry list is usually filled up early in the day. - Clients may check out a set of overalls to use when washing clothes by leaving an ID or a shoe. - Laundry is self-service and takes approximately two hours. SHOWERS & RESTROOMS: - Visit in person to access restrooms and to schedule a same-day appointment for showers. - Showers are limited to 15 minutes each (20 minutes for those with physical disabilities) - Showers have locking doors.

Also provides general and housing-specific information and referral services; including: - Information on accessing emergency, transitional and permanent housing, including subsidized housing options - Assistance with applications for housing in the downtown Seattle area
