-Required background check: $15 per adult. -Required initial urinalysis: $15 per adult. -Required initial deposit: $150 per adult. Refunded when the resident leaves their room in order. -Required class fee: $35 per adult. -Required income deposit: 30% of all household income is required for the "Family Fund." Family Fund deposits will be returned to a resident to help pay for housing needs such as rent or utilities. Collected monies will be returned only when they leave the shelter. Funds may be held for up to one year.
