Youth ages 18-30 who have significant ties to or reside in Southeast Seattle. Must also meet any of the following criteria: -  Past or current criminal convictions -  Involvement with gang related activities -  Desire to escape the sex industry/ prostitution -  Substance use disorder issues -  Mental health issues -  At-risk for criminal or gang involvement   100% participation required with case management and support groups.

Empowers participants to aspire to the highest quality of life by helping develop life skills, providing support and connecting clients to direct services.   Assists participants and motivates them to become self-sufficient through direct access to education, employment, readiness, treatment, mental health care and housing stability options.

Assists newly diagnosed HIV+ individuals by providing information, advocacy, therapy and emotional support. Primarily serves clients in the African-American and Latino communities.
