Provides mental health counseling services for children and youth age birth to 22, and their families in East King County, serving Bellevue, Kirkland and Redmond. Youth and Family Therapists at YES are dually licensed in mental health and substance use disorders and use strength-based approaches that focus on the needs and goals identified by their clients. YES treats a wide range of issues, including trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, and more using evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, motivational interviewing, Parent Child Interaction Therapy, and others.
