The Southside Community Center is a non-profit 501(c)(3) open to all age groups. Provides recreational, health and educational activities in addition to travel, both local and international. It is also an event rental facility offering classrooms that hold up to 50 people and a grand ballroom that seats 300 people, in addition to a full commercial kitchen all at reasonable rates. Situated on Thornton Murphy Park on Spokane's South Hill. It is accessible with plenty of parking. Air conditioned and heated. We host monthly luncheons, events and fundraising activities with the support of our members and volunteers. We have a monthly newsletter sent to members with opportunities for people to participate on our board and in our fundraising events.
