Provides a wide range of general clinic health services, including physical exams, treatment of minor injuries, immunizations, well baby/child clinics, nutrition counseling, mental health evaluations and counseling services, diabetes testing, sexually transmitted infections testing, education and treatment, breast cancer screening, tobacco cessation programs, addictions assessment and treatment, and Oregon Health Plan (OHP) eligibility assistance.
