No restrictions. Serves both adolescents (ages 13-17) and adults (18 and older).

Call for an assessment. Also accepts referrals from other state licensed facilities. Walk-in appointments are sometimes available.

Provides substance use disorder services for teens and adults, including DUI assessments and outpatient treatment. Provides individual, group, and family counseling as part of treatment. Coordinates adolescent-only groups and adult co-occurring disorders groups. Additionally offers co-occurring intensive inpatient/outpatient and weekly aftercare. Offers morning, day, and evening programs as well as on-site drug testing. Also offers relapse prevention groups and interventions.
