WorkStrides Career Development Workshop offered by DSHS at Division of Vocational Rehabilitation in Kent

Coordinates three-session interactive workshops to help people with disabilities evaluate their strengths, values, personal qualities, barriers, self-esteem, and resiliency. Focus is on helping people who are experiencing barriers in seeking employment. Workshops are also held at community agencies.

Eligibility

Designed for anyone who has applied for DVR’s services and who has at least a 6th grade reading level.
