Provides substance use disorder evaluations, outpatient as well as intensive outpatient treatment, alcohol and drug information school, relapse prevention, sobriety maintenance, weekly aftercare and monthly monitoring.   Agency provides DBHR-certified service(s).

Eligibility

No restrictions.

Fee

Evaluations are $100. Groups are billed $35/hour. Individuals are billed $60/hour.  No insurance accepted. Able to offer sliding scale on case-by-case basis.
