Rosie's Place offered at Community Youth Services Brighter Futures Youth Center
Hosts a drop-in resource center for homeless and at-risk youth ages 12 to 24. Allows youth to: - socialize, - get food, clothing and hygiene supplies, - talk confidentially with outreach workers, - get crisis counseling and crisis intervention, - access community resource information about education, legal advice, housing, employment, substance abuse, mental health, physical health and any other issue that they require assistance with. Workers advocate for participants to help them receive services. Showers available on-site for participants. Showers have accommodations for people with disabilities including a rail, bench, and small ramp for access.
