Take Charge offered by Planned Parenthood Columbia Willamette at Vancouver Center

Take Charge is a family planning program. Services may include: a one year supply of your choice of birth control and/or emergency contraception. Pap smears, pelvic exams, and limited STD/STI screening and treatment may be offered as part of the contraceptive service. Some clinics offer low-cost vasectomies.

Provides, promotes, and protects access to sexual and reproductive health care. Provides reproductive health care for women and men through health centers in Oregon and Southwest Washington, including affordable and confidential services such as birth control, emergency contraception (morning-after pill), STD testing and treatment, pregnancy tests and options counseling, first-term abortion care, and HIV testing and referral.
