Provides state certified drug and alcohol outpatient and intensive outpatient treatment services for individuals on parole. Includes case management and support services as well as monitoring through random urinalysis and breath analysis.

Established in 1972, PCA is organized as a private non-profit social service agency providing a wide range of services that respond to current community needs and issues. The agency works with other, local providers and governmental agencies to serve clientele throughout Pierce and Thurston Counties.
