Housing Services offered at Blue Mountain Action Council

Administers the first point of entry for those who are currently homeless or at risk of becoming homeless to get assistance with their housing condition. Provides various programs, including the Coordinated Entry System. Services may include assistance finding housing, eviction prevention/rental assistance, rental deposit, transitional housing. Offers a program for homeless youth ages 12-24, specially designed for youth between 12-24 who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless. Legal assistance is also available. Provides a standardized access, assessment, and referral process for housing and other services, such as case management, housing stability plan, legal assistance, and referrals to emergency or permanent housing. Placement in a program is dependent on funding and program availability.

Application process

Please call for a pre-screening. Coordinated Entry Assessment will be completed, and referral made to the most appropriate homeless housing provider. Placement in a program is dependent on funding and program availability.
