Youth Development Programs offered by Asian Counseling and Referral Service
Provides a variety of in-school and after-school groups for middle school and high school students. Bilingual/agricultural staff offer social and emotional support while learning key skills. Topics include identify development, healthy relationships, history and culture, job searching, post-high school planning and tutoring. Also provides systems navigation workshops for parents and guardians. Service learning hours are available.

Asian Counseling and Referral Service
Offers individual and family mental health treatment including outpatient counseling, intensive day treatment, co-occurring disorders treatment and a program for people with a gambling problem. Offers substance use disorder treatment and a batterer's program. Also provides programs for youth, including substance use disorder treatment, mental health counseling and a violence prevention program. Offers case management services to enable elderly and disabled adults to live as independently as possible in their homes. Operates a food pantry, a meal program, employment services, ESL classes, citizenship classes and a legal clinic. Assists clients in applying for naturalization as well as food benefits. Some programs focus on serving Asians and Pacific Islanders.
