Provides care for children, adolescent and young adults whose gender identity is different from their sex at birth and/or who do not identify with traditional definitions of male or female. Services include pubertal blockers, cross-sex hormones, mental health support and readiness discussion.

Seattle Children's Psychiatry and Behavioral Medicine team specializes in providing short-term, evidence-based care for children and teens. Provides clinical services regarding child abuse and neglect. Emergency care is available to children ages 21 years and younger, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Facilitates support groups for patients and families facing a variety of medical conditions, including grief support. Offers a variety of community education classes for parents and adolescents, including Youth Mental Health First Aid.
