Description
Provides both outpatient and intensive outpatient treatment options including individual and group therapy, case management, and interdisciplinary support. Coordinates peer-based recovery groups held 1-3 times per week. Medication Assisted Treatment Offers a team-based care approach for adults diagnosed with opioid use disorder. The program combines medication management, counseling, and ongoing support to help patients achieve stable recovery. Offers sublingual and long-acting injectable options including Buprenorphine, Naltrexone, and Suboxone. Alcohol Withdrawal Management Supports adults who want to reduce or stop alcohol use. Offers outpatient withdrawal management, where eligible patients can safely detox at home with daily visits for 3–5 days. Includes substance use disorder counseling, medication, and health monitoring. Pharmacy located on site.
