No restrictions. Washington state law says parental consent is not required at any age for family planning services such as: - Abortions - Birth control - Pregnancy testing - STD testing and treatment services Youth ages 13 and younger may need parental consent for a prescription for emergency contraception.

Sliding scale fees may be available. Accepts WA Apple Health (Medicaid), Take Charge and private insurance.

Some birth control methods require a physical exam. Also offers fertility awareness education. If pregnancy test is positive, provides pregnancy options education.
