Youth Services offered at Pierce County Alliance

Provides advocacy, counseling, and housing for at-risk youth who were once in the foster care system. A Transitional Living Program for homeless young adults, 18-21 years of age.   Provides an Independent Living Skills Program for youth in need of skills to live independently of family and/or state support.

Pierce County Alliance

PCA has been providing social services to Pierce County residents for over thirty years. Provides low-income and indigent clients chemical dependency outpatient treatment for adults and adolescents. Mental health treatment services are available. Also provides services to criminal justice system clients through several different programs.
