Provides advocacy, counseling, and housing for at-risk youth who were once in the foster care system.
A Transitional Living Program for homeless young adults, 18-21 years of age.
Provides an Independent Living Skills Program for youth in need of skills to live independently of family and/or state support.

The mission of the Pierce County Alliance (PCA) is to take a leadership role in the provision of behavioral health services with a focus on drug and alcohol treatment, mental health disorders and youth services that improve the wellness of individuals, families and the broader community. The organization strives for client satisfaction through continuous quality improvement of services that are cost effective and deliver measurable, positive outcomes.
Established in 1972, PCA is organized as a private non-profit social service agency providing a wide range of services that respond to current community needs and issues. The agency works with other, local providers and governmental agencies to serve clientele throughout Pierce and Thurston Counties.
