Via WA 19 N continue on West Sims Way to traffic circle. Left at traffic circle onto Kearney St. To "T" intersection with 19th St. Recovery Café is on your left. Street parking.

Sobriety required onsite. Café "Membership" available to those who enroll in a Recovery Circle and agree to volunteer at the Café. Enrollment orientation offered on Wednesdays. Those under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Description

Offers peer-to-peer support, free meals, recovery circles, and varied weekly/monthly programs for those in recovery from any type of traumatic life experience. A Recovery Circle is a peer support group of no more than 8 people; each Circle is led by a facilitator; and members should attend their same Circle each week.

Dove House Advocacy Services

Provides assistance for survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault and other types of crime. The agency offers counseling-based advocacy (legal, medical, practical, emotional); information/referral; 24-hour crisis line and emergency shelter/transitional housing for survivors of domestic violence; Recovery Café (a welcoming community for those in recovery from life's challenges - open for free meals and information/referrals Tuesday - Friday and offering recovery circles and other supports); and The Dove House Closet, a free clothing and accessory program. Dove House also provides support groups and classes; relationship skills classes in local high schools; and community education.
