Wraparound with Intensive Services (WISe) offered at Youth Eastside Services in Bellevue

Uses a team approach to provide intensive mental health services to Apple Health/Medicaid-eligible youth age 6-21 with complex needs. It is designed to provide individualized, culturally aware services that keep youth safe in their own homes and communities, reducing the need for hospitalizations and inpatient treatment. The program honors the family’s voice and choice, identifies strengths, builds natural supports, and fosters self-sufficiency. The WISe team collaborates with families, crossed-system partners, and natural supports to create positive change. Teams provide care coordination, therapy, peer services, psychiatric services, and 24/7 crisis response.

Youth Eastside Services (YES) is the leading behavioral health service provider for children and youth, ages birth to 22, and their families in East King County. We provide prevention, diagnosis, and treatment for mental health and substance use disorders, life stressors and crises, and stress-related physical symptoms. Using integrated care through agency, school, and community-based services and programs, we help youth with depression, grief, trauma, cultural, gender identity and sexual orientation challenges, anxiety, ADHD, self-harming behaviors, suicide ideation, and other challenges. Our services empower young people and families to pursue decisions, habits, and activities that promote their well-being.
