Description
Provides an opportunity for youth and young adults to engage in local decision-making processes, meet with policymakers and funders, and prepare for and engage in public speaking opportunities. Holds monthly chapter meetings to develop supportive relationships, build skills, and discuss current issues impacting homeless youth and young adults. Provides youth-focused training, including Storytelling for Advocacy, and Legislative Advocacy. Public speaking engagements including panels, workgroups/task forces, media requests, keynote speeches, and custom trainings and presentations that center the voices of lived experience experts.
