Young Adult Housing Program at Community Youth Services
Housing for homeless individuals, 18-24. Cannot be on probation; must be in school or job training and/or have a job (if needed, staff will assist participant in getting one). Some requirements include weekly meetings with a case manager and attendance at on-going workshops, when appropriate. A portion of participant's income goes toward housing costs and is given back at the completion of the program.

A safety net of interrelated services for homeless and at-risk teens and young adults. Programs include: - Street Outreach, - Rosie's Place (Ages 12-24 drop-in and resource center), - Young Adult Shelter (ages 18-24), - Haven House (emergency residential shelter for youths 12-17), - Young Adult Housing for youths ages 18-24, - Independent Living Skills (youth who have aged out of foster care, up to age 21), - SETuP, - Family Services, - Foster Care, - Multi-Systemic Therapy, - Transitional Age Youth Support, - Youth Build, and - Parents as Teachers. Community Youth Services serves the South Sound of Washington. We have offices in Lewis, Mason, Thurston and Pierce County.
