4-H helps develop youth to their fullest potential through: developing life skills, learning by doing, and utilizing the knowledge of the land-grant university system. The 4-H club is for all youths ages K to 18.

WSU Clallam County Extension programs connect the people and communities of Clallam County with the knowledge base of Washington State University to promote quality of life and advance economic well-being through fostering inquiry, learning, and the application of research. Clallam Extension engages with the community through 4H, Master Gardeners, School Gardens, Gleaning, Snap Ed Nutrition Education, and Resources about pest management, composting and drought management for small farmers and backyard gardeners.
