For those incarcerated, participating in alternative sentencing or work release programs: - Fill out an application and request that a counselor, or other staff-person, scan and submit the application via e-mail. - Applications may also be mailed using the United States Postal Service (USPS). - Applications submitted at least 2 months prior to release date are more likely to be successful. Previously incarcerated women who are currently experiencing homelessness: - Download an application from the website and submit the application by e-mail or regular mail. - Applications can be downloaded from www.nctacoma.org.
