Eligibility

Pregnant young women, without other children currently in their care. Must be clean and sober for a minimum of 30 days and able to pass a background check.

Focus Population

  • Pregnant Women
Offers housing for pregnant women considering parenting or adoption. For single mothers living in our community housing, we provide:
  • Meals and transportation to pregnancy related appointments
  • Offer classes to facilitate issues including parenting, childbirth, nutrition, life skills, relationships, counseling and networking with other agencies
  • Assistance in creating a plan for the future and helping the young women to make healthy choices for themselves and their babies
Limited housing is available for those who have completed our maternity program for up to 18 months after the birth of their baby.

Providing organization

New Beginnings Homes
We provide community style housing (shared bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen) to single women who are currently pregnant with no other children in their care. All housing is located on site and we provide mentorship to residents in our programs.
