Provides holistic chemical dependency services, including assessments, intensive outpatient treatment, driving under the influence (DUI) or deferred prosecution, inpatient referral and placement, youth treatment services, and individual and group counseling. This is a state-certified chemical dependency treatment facility for adults. Treatment approach blends ancient tribal customs, teachings, and traditions with modern treatment practices.

Fees for outpatient services are waived for federally recognized Native Americans and Alaska Natives. Accepts any billable insurance and Washington Apple Health.
