Lewis County children up to age 18 with complex behavioral health needs who are eligible for WA Apple Health (Medicaid).

Youth over the age of 13 can ask for a WISe screening. Youth younger than age 13 need permission from their parent or guardian. Parents can refer their child for a WISe screening at any time, but after age 13, a child must consent to services.

Provides intensive behavioral health support for Medicaid-eligible youth and families through a team-based, personalized approach. Offers care coordination, parent management training, and peer support services to help families navigate challenges. An on-site psychiatrist is available to provide medication management to those in need.
