CAST Meal offered by Interfaith Coalition of Whatcom County at Arch of Healing and Reconciliation

Provides coffee, soup, and sandwiches in downtown Bellingham to anyone in need of a meal. Supplies and donations permitting, may also provide personal hygiene products, warm socks, and mittens.
