Sergio's Day Center offered by Interfaith Works

Operates a daytime resource center that connects people with hygiene services, vital social services like medical and mental health care, and an overflow shelter during inclement hazardous weather and short-term emergencies. Serves as a services hub for other homeless services agencies and medical providers. Allows daytime sheltering, including phone charging stations, a clothing closet, bathrooms, showers, and laundry. Hosts Navigators who are Peer Counselors that work with people one-on-one to advocate and navigate services like medical, mental health, substance use and housing.
