Eligibility

Those with an opioid use disorder. Polysubstance users are accepted on a case by case basis. Please note this program does NOT offer Methadone treatment.

Hours

7:30am to 6pm from Tuesday through Friday

Application process

Call for more information. Most new patients can start treatment within 24 hours or even the same day.

Accepts WA Apple Health (Medicaid), Medicare, Tricare, private pay and private insurance.

Provides opioid addiction treatment, prescribes medications like Suboxone and Vivitrol in a setting just like a primary care clinic. One-on-one counseling is available at every clinic. Outpatient managed withdrawal of alcohol and relapse prevention are also available.

Provides medication based treatment for substance use disorder, including Buprenorphine - both sublingual and long acting injectables, Naltrexone - both oral and injectable. Our program also includes medication tracks for AUD (alcohol use disorder), stimulants, cannabis, kratom, and benzodiazepine addictions. No wait lists, accepts most commercial insurance, Medicaid, and Medicare. Walk-ins welcome.
