Housing Solutions offered by Council for the Homeless at Housing Solutions Center
Provides telephone and in-person screening and assessment for households who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless. Telephone screenings are provided for emergency shelter (men's, women's, couples, and families) and severe weather shelter. Households are assessed for eligibility for housing programs (rapid re-housing, transitional, and permanent supportive), as well as diversion programs.

Application process
- Housing programs: Call Housing Hotline for screening. - Single men's shelter: Call; placements are provided based on bed availability and vulnerability of the client. Must have a valid way to contact client (email, phone, message number). Should check in weekly to update any information if they are still in need of shelter. - Single women's/family shelter: Call for availability and/or to be placed on the waitlist. Call weekly to update information and to indicate there is still a need for shelter. Voicemail option after-hours or if specialists are unavailable.
