Alcohol and Drug Treatment offered at Fora Health
Provides family-friendly and LGBTQ-affirming withdrawal management (detox), medicated assisted treatment (MAT), medically monitored residential, residential, outpatient, peer recovery mentors, and family therapy for drug and alcohol treatment. Other services include court-mandated treatment and DUII. Residential treatment programs are gender-specific and offer integrated mental health services. Outpatient services include intensive outpatient, standard outpatient, and relapse prevention groups. Family therapy programs are offered in residential and outpatient treatment. Dual diagnosis treatment is available.

Office and outpatient hours: M-F, 7:30am-5:30pm Sa, 7:30am-noon. Residential treatment: 24 hours per day / 7 days per week.
Application process
-Detox services: Walk in for Clackamas, Multnomah, or Washington counties residents. All other residents must call for information, screening, or to schedule an appointment. -Outpatient Medications to Treat Addiction (MAT): Walk in or call -Outpatient: Walk-in to start the enrollment process, including an assessment and assignment to an Addiction Counselor. Expect a minimum 2.5 hour appointment. There may be additional wait time. -Residential services: Call to schedule an assessment. Appointment lasts about 2.5 hours. Call office to speak to a patient support associate for more information.
