Any survivor of sexual assault or nonfatal strangulation (Children will be referred to Monarch for age-appropriate, specialized care).

Provides trained advocates that respond to the local hospital 24 hours a day for anyone who is receiving a Sexual Assault Exam or Non-Fatal Domestic Violence Strangulation Exam from a Forensic Nurse Examiner.
Advocates can help support during the exam, provide resources, safety planning, and crisis intervention.
