In substance use recovery, clean for at least one year, children under the age of 18 living in the home, does not qualify for public housing for reasons other than income. No individuals with level 2 or 3 sex offenses on record.

Elijah Family Homes

Elijah Family Homes (EFH) offers stable housing and supportive services for families seeking recovery. Transition to Success (TTS) program requires one year of sobriety from substance use, and 51% custody of one minor child. It is a 3-year case management program with low-cost housing opportunities and rent on a sliding scale based on income. EFH also offers 3 years of supportive services through the Parent Child Assistance Program (PCAP) to mothers of young children who have struggled with substance use. PCAP is a voluntary program and does not require sobriety.
