Youth Circle offered at YWCA of Olympia
Coordinates a consortium of young individuals who are dedicated to matters of social justice, knowledge acquisition, and community involvement. Opens each gathering with a check-in as well as a brief overview and contextual understanding of the social justice subject matter. Fosters an open dialogue, enabling collective learning from one another. By adhering to the YWCA's guiding principle of Eradicating Racism and Sexism, all conversations will be grounded in an intersectional, feminist, and anti-racist framework. Sessions are held every Monday from 4:30-6pm at the YWCA Olympia, located at 220 Union Avenue.

Girls and gender nonconforming individuals in grades 6, 7 and 8, currently going to school in Olympia, Tumwater, Lacey, Rainier, Yelm, Tenino and Rochester.
