Provides various programs, including the Coordinated Entry System. Services may include assistance finding housing, eviction prevention/rental assistance, rental deposit, transitional housing. Offers a program for homeless youth ages 12-24, specially designed for youth between 12-24 who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless. Legal assistance is also available. Provides a standardized access, assessment, and referral process for housing and other services, such as case management, housing stability plan, legal assistance, and referrals to emergency or permanent housing. Placement in a program is dependent on funding and program availability.

Provides emergency shelter for homeless families, and individuals if space is available. Provides emergency shelter for homeless youth (18-24) if space is available. Clients can stay in 3-month increments for up to 2 years. Participants receive intensive case management and develop a self-sufficiency plan.

Provides shelter for up to 30 days for homeless single women and women with children. Healing Home: A life-transformation program lasting from 12-18 months, for women who desire to step out of the cycle of destructive patterns that are connected to addiction, trauma and broken relationships. Connections: An extension program lasting up to four months, for guests waiting for employment or housing.

Operates an 6-bed drop-in shelter for homeless teens 16-20 years of age.  The shelter is open 9pm-8am.  Each teen will be given a background check and a no-touch search.  No teens with sexual offenses, active warrants, or recent violent offenses will be admitted.  Teens that are intoxicated will be admitted provided they are not violent or disturb other guests.  The teens parents must be contacted within 72 hours for permission, and the shelter will collaborate with the parents or guardians if possible.  Teens staying at the shelter are allowed up to 30 consecutive days and will be connected with other Coffee Oasis programs and case management to help them determine goals, plans, self-improvement, and life skills.

Operates a shelter for youth adults with beds, meals, showers, and clothing. Provides case management and support to help young adults access permanent housing. Serves as the coordinated entry access point for youth. Offers clients: - Independent Living Skills: Financial literacy, tenant rights, and job readiness are taught through our Life Enrichment Program. - Housing Support: Assistance with housing applications, lease signing, move-in deposits, and securing low-income housing options. - Employment and Education Resources: Partnerships with Spokane Community College, Job Corps, and local trade programs provide access to training and job opportunities. - Health and Wellness Advocacy: On-site behavioral health clinicians and street medicine teams ensure participants receive compassionate, coordinated care. - Family Reunification: Personalized plans help participants rebuild relationships with loved ones when possible.

Operates a drop in center for men and women as well as pets. Guests can receive meals, support, and get connected to resources. Also offers showers and laundry services. Guests wanting to stay overnight need to check in at the drop in center by 7pm.

Services focus on housing support, mental health, education, parent support, healthcare, criminal/legal support, and advocacy services. - Advocates can help access services based on unique situation & need, such as transportation, phone cards, obtaining a State ID, food banks, DSHS benefit applications, and job search. - Housing support may include housing search, referral to a shelter, temporary housing, or rapid/immediate housing, depending on the client's circumstances. - Refers to Okanogan Behavioral Healthcare or online counseling for mental health support. - Connects clients to criminal/legal support and services, such as defense attorneys, Northwest Immigrant Rights Project, or Northwest Justice Project. - Parenting support includes baby items, free books, referrals to child services, and more. - Bilingual tutoring is available on site.

Goldendale Shelter and Transitions Program offers: -  Shelter: For homeless individuals or families who have an attachment to Goldendale, a 1-3 day motel voucher can be provided as temporary crisis intervention.   -  Transitional Housing: Similar to the Guided Path Program, Goldendale's scattered site transitional housing program offers intense case management for families with minor children. -  Rental Assistance: Limited funds are available to help households that are in danger of being evicted for not paying their rent.    Skamania County Homeless Housing Program offers:   -  Shelter: the Skamania County Shelter offers a 3 to 30 day stay in a five bedroom facility. Case management services are available while at the Shelter. -  Transitional Housing: Similar to the programs at Guided Path and Goldendale, the Skamania County program provides 2 years of residential stability, individualized plans and goals, and case management. -  Rental Assistance: Limited funds are available to help households that are in danger of being evicted for not paying their rent.
