Provides screening and access to emergency housing in Chelan and Douglas Counties through the Coordinated Entry System.

(OUT OF MOTEL VOUCHERS) MUST BE HOMELESS for deposit assistance - Offers an emergency re-housing program for families who are homeless. Provides rental deposit assistance and motel vouchers to help get out of homelessness. Also provides resources to help find local housing.

Centralized access point for people who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless to connect to the programs and services they need. Services include shelter placement and housing/safe parking programs.

Volunteers of America’s transitional living program provides support for up to Twenty-two chronically homeless, single men at the Grants Per Diem (GPD) housing complex. Referred primarily from Healthcare for Homeless Veterans (HCHV), and who are often dealing with co-occurring issues of mental illness and substance abuse. A Volunteers of America case manager will provide supportive services.
