Oasis Centers are "full service" youth centers serving street and homeless youth. The youth centers provide services such as shower, laundry, food, clothes and hygiene products, job-training opportunities, tutoring, mentoring, activities, email and mail service. Serenity House's Enhanced Congregate Shelter ensures homeless single adults have a safe place to sleep. Our services include: 3 meals daily, shower access, laundry, lockers, housing location/counseling, weekly onsite medical and behavioral health treatment, medical respite program, and limited transportation to and from downtown Port Angeles. The shelter can accommodate well behaved pets, emotional or service animals, and adult couples. Sobriety at entry is not required. Shelter in place is activated during "Blue Flag" extreme weather conditions.

The drop-in center transforms into an overnight emergency shelter where young adults are encouraged to have a hot meal, do laundry, play video games, relax, and get some sleep in a warm and safe environment.
