Operates a national child abuse hotline for children and adults.   Staffed by professional crisis counselors.   Provides crisis intervention, information, literature and referrals to thousands of emergency, social service and support resources. All calls, texts and chats are confidential.

Uses education, information and referral to strengthen families. Offers communication and life skills classes. Provides new parent support with Play Morning and Parenting classes. Also offers in-home support. Provides a Victim Advocacy and Sexual Assault Response Coordinator 24 hours daily at 253-966-SAFE (7233).

Support services include:  Women, Infant, Children (WIC), Nurse Family Partnership (NFP), breastfeeding education & support, and Children with Special Healthcare Needs.

Provides support, information, and resources to individuals and families in order to keep children safe from sexual abuse. Offers a confidential helpline and online information and resources on subjects such as safe touching and relationships with adults, how to recognize child sex abuse, where to get help if an individual feels that they may sexually abuse a child, and information about healing and recovery from sexual abuse.

Provides access to the Indian Child Welfare (ICW) Program and caseworkers.

Crisis Support Network is a trusted lifeline for survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, child abuse, and other crimes in Pacific County. We support individuals and families in crisis through trauma-informed advocacy, emergency shelter, legal accompaniment, and therapy.  Crisis Support Network helps people who’ve been through hurtful things—like abuse or violence—in a way that’s kind, careful, and respectful. We listen without judging, believe what people say, and make sure they feel safe and in control of their choices. We understand that hard experiences can make people feel worried or scared, so we go slowly, explain things clearly, and support them however they need.

HFCC victim services include DV support group, domestic violence and sexual assault support and crisis intervention, advocacy, legal advocacy, emergency and transitional housing. HFCC also provides support, advocacy, intervention and legal advocacy to victims of general crime.

Community education and prevention services.

An educational program that draws from the latest research on violence prevention. Providers go into local classrooms to teach children and youth how to get help if they are being abused or are living with violence. Offers programs to teach children that they have the right to be safe, to listen to their feelings, and to tell and keep telling safe adults when they need help. Also teaches adults (parents, caregivers, and teachers) how to listen to children, how to identify abuse indicators, and how to respond appropriately.

Provides education, resources, consultation, counseling, and other support services for individuals, churches, homes, schools, and other organizations.

Provides child protective services and child welfare services to ensure the health and safety of Skokomish Indian Tribe children.  Services include outreach, community education, support groups and parenting education.

Provides interviews of suspected victims of child abuse, medical evaluations, mental health treatment referrals, and also coordinates other ancillary victim services. Also offers community prevention trainings.
