Medical care includes health check-ups and screenings to help catch issues before they become serious.   Teams can also help take care of specific health conditions, such as high blood pressure, asthma or diabetes. Provides confidential screening, treatment and counseling for sexually transmitted infections (STIs), including HIV.   Pediatrics offers a broad range of health services for children, ranging from preventive health care to the diagnosis and treatment of illnesses and injuries.   Facilitates well-child visits, where parents can monitor their child's growth, get childhood vaccinations, and discuss any concerns. Current clients can additionally access behavioral health, social work and many more services to care for the whole person.   Family Planning & Women's Health Primary medical care providers, family medicine pregnancy care physicians, and midwives provide a number of reproductive health and women’s health care, including: -  Birth control counseling and prescriptions -  Regular gynecological exams -  Pregnancy testing -  Sexual health   Trans Care Medical care providers can prescribe and help patients manage hormone replacement therapy (HRT) for female to male and male to female.   They can also make referrals to transition-related services including gender confirmation surgeries and non-surgical services such as hair removal.

Provides birth control as well as information on different options. Includes emergency contraception as well as long lasting contraception. Provides physical exams relating to reproductive health, including tests for cervical cancer (Pap test), breast cancer and testicular cancer. Provides pregnancy tests as well as pregnancy counseling, which includes information about parenting, adoption and abortion. Screens and tests for sexually transmitted infections, including HIV. Provides PrEP services. PrEP is a daily medication that is highly effective at preventing HIV. Provides DoxyPEP, a medication to prevent gonorrhea, chlamydia and syphilis after unprotected sex.

Provides women's health care for the entire spectrum of women’s health issues, from preventative care and screenings to diagnosis and treatment of many gynecological problems. Gynecological services provided include:   -  Well women exams -  Breast exams -  Cervical cancer screening -  HPV vaccination -  Contraception -  STD screening -  Basic infertility evaluation -  Management of menopausal issues and of abnormal periods Office procedures include colposcopy, LEEP, endometrial biopsy and hysteroscopy. Also performs gynecologic surgery   Obstetrics Provides care through pregnancy, during childbirth and up to six weeks following birth. In addition to birth support, services include family planning and education, nutritional counseling and pregnancy testing. Offers pre-conception visits to ensure that clients are aware of actions they can take to optimize their health.

Take Charge is a family planning program. Services may include: a one year supply of your choice of birth control and/or emergency contraception. Pap smears, pelvic exams, and limited STD/STI screening and treatment may be offered as part of the contraceptive service. Some clinics offer low-cost vasectomies.

Provides free and confidential pregnancy testing, limited ultrasound and STI screenings at locations around King County.

Treatment options include "wait and see," taking medication and vacuum aspiration.   -  Offers donor insemination, both intracervical and intrauterine, with fresh or frozen sperm. Visits are personalized to meet individual needs.
