Peninsula Community Health Services (PCHS) is a community based nonprofit organization dedicated to providing comprehensive health care services to residents of Kitsap County. Offers quality low-cost care for children and adults. Services include physical examinations, immunizations, family planning, nutrition assistance and diagnosis and treatment of common ailments, mental health counseling, pharmacy, and health education and promotion activities. Provides suboxone based opiate replacement therapy for clients with opiate use disorder as clinically appropriate.

Provides basic health care including: - primary medical care, - physical examinations, - immunizations, - family planning, - nutrition assistance, - radiology, - pediatrics, - internal medicine, - maternity care, - OB/GYN, - Free Pregnancy Tests - Women's Health, - HIV/AIDS care, - Behavioral health, - Smoking Cessation and - diagnosis and treatment of common ailments. Service is provided for low income people and people who are uninsured or underinsured. No one is denied care due to inability to pay.

Provides pediatric care, including specialized care for premature babies, well child exams, sports physicals, immunizations, tips on health, safety, nutrition, and fitness, diagnosis and care for illnesses, infections, and injuries, monitoring of milestones in growth, behavior, and skills, and assessment and treatment of anxiety, depression, autism, and ADHD.

Provides pediatric care, including specialized care for premature babies, well child exams, sports physicals, immunizations, tips on health, safety, nutrition, and fitness, diagnosis and care for illnesses, infections, and injuries, monitoring of milestones in growth, behavior, and skills, and assessment and treatment of anxiety, depression, autism, and ADHD.

Provides specialized healthcare and pediatric urgent care for children ages birth-18.

Primary Care Medical Clinic serving low income patients and uninsured individuals as well as insured, specializing in prevention health, maternity, and management of chronic disease. Services can include: - physical exams - immunizations and flu shots - acute care - smoking cessation - testing and treatment for tuberculosis, hepatitis, HIV and other diseases - insurance guiding and support - referrals to specialty care - laboratory services and testing - provider on-call for after-hour needs - minor procedures: - IUD placement, skin biopsy, sutures, etc. - breast and cervical health screening including pap smears - family planning partner with Planned Parenthood of Western WA - Social Work.

Provides comprehensive and continuous primary medical services for children and youth, as well as behavioral health.

Offers comprehensive pediatric care and well-child exams for infants, children, and teenagers.

Pediatricians work directly and collaboratively with behavioral health providers to holistically address medical and behavioral health needs in the primary care setting.
