Provides a long-term shelter with various programs which include case management, education, work skills, and post-shelter support. Additional programs may be available depending on needs. Families must be referred to the shelter and acceptance is based on availability and the family's willingness to work the program. Referrals often come from local pastors or outreach coordinators of local churches. The shelter also accepts referrals from DSHS, Court Appointed Special Advocates, Washington's Department of Children, Youth, and Families, Child Protective Services, Columbia River Mental Health, and Sea Mar Community Services Northwest.

Dignified Workday creates opportunities for those experiencing houselessness to re-enter the workforce and stabilize their lives, providing meaningful work, wraparound support and housing assistance.

Connects job seekers to employers via career counseling, vocationally related case management, job coaching, vocational assessment, and job development. The Homeless Employment Navigator program offers supported employment services to chronically homeless individuals and families. Services include rapid job search assistance, resource coordination and maximization, and assistance in developing employment plans and vocational profiles.
