Includes assessments, DUI evaluations, co-occurring disorders treatment, prevention/education, and outpatient counseling. Pasco and Walla Walla Offices offer the Youth and Family Tree Program, which provides treatment to youth aged between 12-25 years old who are using substances. Uses evidence -based practices to provide treatment and case management to youth and their families. Provides substance use disorder treatment through groups and individuals sessions, mental health treatment to those with co-occurring disorders. Also offers services to family members struggling with substance use.

Provides outpatient mental health counseling as well as Wraparound Intensive services for children (WISe). Wraparound with Intensive Services, or WISe, is an approach to helping children, youth, and their families with intensive mental health care. Services are available in home and community settings and offer a system of care based on the individualized need of the child or youth.

Provides civil legal advocacy to youth primarily between 12-24 years old. TeamChild’s legal team works to secure community-based services, help youth access appropriate education, healthcare, mental/behavioral health resources, safe and stable housing, navigate school discipline, and works with youth incarcerated in the Juvenile Rehabilitation (JR) system. Advocacy efforts focus on education and school-related issues such as enrollment, school discipline and access to special education; securing safe and stable housing for youth; and helping clients access public benefits, including health care, mental health services, DDA and other support. Advocacy also includes post-conviction relief, including records sealing, restitution modifications, and assisting youth with reentry supports when returning to community from incarceration. Note: TeamChild does not provide criminal defense representation to youth or adults involved in the juvenile delinquency or adult criminal systems, nor does it offer family law representation, including child custody issues.

Provides a daily drop-in center for unhoused women and non-binary individuals; no children allowed. Offers the following services: -  Limited food to-go -  Breakfast, lunch and snack - Computer use - Recliner chairs for resting - Phone available for use - An address for receiving mail - Job search assistance - Resume writing support -  Laundry facilities - Shower facilities with wheelchair accessibility, grab bars and a shower chair - Emergency clothing -  Hygiene kits      Offers light case management services with information, referrals and advocacy for various needs.   Clients are welcome to stay at the day center all day or drop in to access specific services.   Food and snacks are available throughout the day, not only at mealtimes. Interpreter services are available by advance request.

Drop-In Center & Resources: The drop-in center provides teens and young adults a safe place to stay during the day to do homework, play games, socialize, work on personal goals or employment, or relax. Young people can also get a hot meal, talk to a caseworker, and get help with resources such as bus tickets or access to showers and laundry facilities. Arcadia staff can also provide referrals to employment training, educational assistance, mental health and substance use counseling, and other services. Operates as a cooling center during weather advisories. Overnight Emergency Shelter: The drop-in center transforms into an overnight emergency shelter where young adults are encouraged to have a hot meal, do laundry, play video games, relax, and get some sleep in a warm and safe environment.

Provides a one-stop resource of local services to assist veterans with housing, counseling, job search, and mentoring, among other things. Also offers assistance with obtaining earned benefits.

Offers a comprehensive evaluation of mental health and substance use disorders followed by individually tailored treatments.   Treats a range of substance use and psychiatric disorders, including depression, anxiety, ADHD, behavioral problems and other conditions commonly experience by those use substances. Prescribes and manages psychiatric medication and offers continuing care services for those need more support.  Program includes option for family to be involved through Parent Coaching appointments and groups. Wraparound with Intensive Services (WISe) Provides intensive mental health services in a wraparound team structure for children and youth involved in more than one system. Team is comprised of significant individuals involved in the participant’s life. Provides soap, shampoo, towels and laundry detergent for guests using the showers and washing machine. HealthPoint and Mobile Medical Van provide services on a monthly basis. Case managers available. Promote all aspects of youth development including academic engagement, leadership and social skills, community involvement, and pathways to post-secondary education and employment. Helps youth and their families build healthy futures by addressing their entire environment and breaking down barriers that hinder success. Motivating Youth to Succeed in Academics (MYSA) Offers free after-school academic support and individualized plans to decrease or remove barriers to learning for youth, ages 12-21, who are at moderate to high risk of academic failure. MYSA services include individual tutoring and homework assistance, adult mentorship, peer discussion groups and subject specific workshops. Since many students lack access to a computer and internet at home, SFYC provides a computer lab allowing students to complete assignments and do research. The MYSA program helps youth develop a healthy attachment to education and empowers them to take control of their academic future. Youth Leadership program Encourages middle and high school youth to develop leadership and social skills while engaging in community building projects and events throughout the year. This program provides alternatives to risky behavior while fostering a sense of responsibility to the community. Curriculum includes workshops relating to social justice awareness, identity building, volunteerism, and environmental awareness. Case Management Provides prevention and intervention tools for youth who are most at-risk of or are currently involved with gangs and the juvenile justice system. Case Managers provide counseling and act as advocates for their caseload youth and families. Case Management intervention and prevention services include street response and crisis intervention, pre-release visits to detained or incarcerated youth, and risk assessment with ongoing case management. This represents a concerted effort to stop the school to prison pipeline within our communities. Parental Support Provides bilingual services to parents to ensure that youth have wraparound support for their challenges. Parents benefit from workshops, translation services, and other essential services to facilitate family stability. Summer Youth Employment provides high school youth with the opportunity to make money, gain work experience and employment references, cultivate a mature work ethic, and stay connected to social and academic progress while school is out of session. College & Career Preparation Focuses on lessons and activities related to pro-social development, aptitude testing, the current job market, knowledge of education or training needed to move into a particular field of interest, college applications and financial aid, work ethics and professionalism, resume building and interview skills, and exploring paths to post-secondary education and career readiness.

Family Behavioral Health is an integrated, intensive service area within CCS providing care using a "Wraparound" (Individualized and Tailored) approach.
