Administers the first point of entry for those who are currently homeless or at risk of becoming homeless to get assistance with their housing condition. Provides various programs, including the Coordinated Entry System. Services may include assistance finding housing, eviction prevention/rental assistance, rental deposit, transitional housing. Offers a program for homeless youth ages 12-24, specially designed for youth between 12-24 who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless. Legal assistance is also available. Provides a standardized access, assessment, and referral process for housing and other services, such as case management, housing stability plan, legal assistance, and referrals to emergency or permanent housing. Placement in a program is dependent on funding and program availability.

Operates a drop-in center for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer and questioning (LGBTQ) youth.  Services include: -  Case management services once per week -  Clothing -  Toiletries and hygiene supplies -  HIV/STI prevention education -  Evening dinner -  Social programming including a daily social space, dances, performance events and discussion groups several times a week.    Provides referrals to emergency shelter, transitional housing, medical services and drug/alcohol treatment.

Therapists and clinical interns support local children, youth, and caregivers through difficult times. The Behavioral Health Program uses a trauma and culturally responsive, evidence-based approach to address issues such as – but not limited to – depression, family conflict, trauma, and anxiety. Also facilitates a therapeutic gaming program called CoRe where Seattle middle school students play video games to cultivate communication and social emotional skills.

Provides civil legal advocacy to youth primarily between 12-24 years old. TeamChild’s legal team works to secure community-based services, help youth access appropriate education, healthcare, mental/behavioral health resources, safe and stable housing, navigate school discipline, and works with youth incarcerated in the Juvenile Rehabilitation (JR) system. Advocacy efforts focus on education and school-related issues such as enrollment, school discipline and access to special education; securing safe and stable housing for youth; and helping clients access public benefits, including health care, mental health services, DDA and other support. Advocacy also includes post-conviction relief, including records sealing, restitution modifications, and assisting youth with reentry supports when returning to community from incarceration. Note: TeamChild does not provide criminal defense representation to youth or adults involved in the juvenile delinquency or adult criminal systems, nor does it offer family law representation, including child custody issues.

Promote all aspects of youth development including academic engagement, leadership and social skills, community involvement, and pathways to post-secondary education and employment. Helps youth and their families build healthy futures by addressing their entire environment and breaking down barriers that hinder success. Motivating Youth to Succeed in Academics (MYSA) Offers free after-school academic support and individualized plans to decrease or remove barriers to learning for youth, ages 12-21, who are at moderate to high risk of academic failure. MYSA services include individual tutoring and homework assistance, adult mentorship, peer discussion groups and subject specific workshops. Since many students lack access to a computer and internet at home, SFYC provides a computer lab allowing students to complete assignments and do research. The MYSA program helps youth develop a healthy attachment to education and empowers them to take control of their academic future. Youth Leadership program Encourages middle and high school youth to develop leadership and social skills while engaging in community building projects and events throughout the year. This program provides alternatives to risky behavior while fostering a sense of responsibility to the community. Curriculum includes workshops relating to social justice awareness, identity building, volunteerism, and environmental awareness. Case Management Provides prevention and intervention tools for youth who are most at-risk of or are currently involved with gangs and the juvenile justice system. Case Managers provide counseling and act as advocates for their caseload youth and families. Case Management intervention and prevention services include street response and crisis intervention, pre-release visits to detained or incarcerated youth, and risk assessment with ongoing case management. This represents a concerted effort to stop the school to prison pipeline within our communities. Parental Support Provides bilingual services to parents to ensure that youth have wraparound support for their challenges. Parents benefit from workshops, translation services, and other essential services to facilitate family stability. Summer Youth Employment provides high school youth with the opportunity to make money, gain work experience and employment references, cultivate a mature work ethic, and stay connected to social and academic progress while school is out of session. College & Career Preparation Focuses on lessons and activities related to pro-social development, aptitude testing, the current job market, knowledge of education or training needed to move into a particular field of interest, college applications and financial aid, work ethics and professionalism, resume building and interview skills, and exploring paths to post-secondary education and career readiness.

Serves a hot meal to anyone in need.  Also provide limited groceries available on a first come, first served basis. A volunteer is onsite to assist with resource navigation during service hours.

Provides primary health care services such as medical, preventive health and dental, substance abuse treatment and counseling, and mental health services to people experiencing homelessness. Offers case management services, including assistance with entitlement applications, translations, housing, employment, and job-training referrals. Clients also may be eligible at times for bus, shower and food vouchers. Additionally offers - Prescription assistance: medical prescription assistance to low-income clients/patients, or those who have no income or insurance to cover the prescriptions. - Shelter Outreach Services: medical and case-management services at local shelters. - Migrant Outreach Services: medical and health outreach and assistance for migrant populations during summer months. - Referrals to community agencies for assistance with food, clothing and household items and other services.

Works with Hispanic or Native clients who are victims of violence. Services include help with: - crisis intervention - assisting getting protection/restraining orders - explore financial assistance - explore housing and relocation - safety planning - legal advocacy and more.

Provides a welcoming space to anyone experiencing homelessness or vulnerably housed. Offers coffee and snacks. Provides showers, laundry, computers, phones, mail reception services and a space for meal preparation. Showers are wheelchair accessible. Provides soap, shampoo, towels and laundry detergent for guests using the showers and washing machine. HealthPoint and Mobile Medical Van provide services on a monthly basis. Case managers available. Operates as a cooling center during weather advisories.

Offers basic needs services such as hot meals, pantry food, shower, laundry, clothing, hygiene supplies, and use of a landline phone for youth, 13-24 years of age. Assists with are obtaining identifying documents, life skills training, job searching, food handlers card, move-in assistance, and more. Case manager is mobile and can meet the young person at various locations, such as parks, schools, gas stations, encampments, convenience stores, or any public location.

Services provided: - Alcohol and Drug Evaluations/Assessments: Assessment meets requirements for DUIs, Deferred Prosecutions, Child Protective services. Walk-in assessments available. Call for schedule. - Intensive Outpatient Program: Intensive program designed to build a strong foundation and teach skills necessary to maintain a life free from alcohol and other drugs. Includes both individual and group counseling. Groups meet three days per week. - Outpatient Programs: Weekly program designed to support individuals in their recovery. The program provides education and support through a combination of group and individual counseling. Programs available for youths and adults. - DUI Victim Impact Panel: Designed to help participants understand the impact DUI crashes have had on the lives of others in the community.
