Focuses on abusive power and control issues in relationships that often times result in physical or emotional battery. Relationships not only include husband and wife, but also immediate and extended families or significant others in "live in, (or lived) together" relationships. Offers a variety of services, including a 24-hour crisis hotline for education, support, and safety planning; support group sessions; and walk-in or phone advocacy. Legal advocacy services provide information and assistance in completing protection orders and may provide court accompaniment to the Protection Order Court at the Clark County Courthouse. Also provides cell phones that dial 911 at any time. There is a gender-inclusive emergency domestic violence shelter (which includes a Children's Advocacy Program (CAP) for residents).

Provides domestic and sexual violence services, including safety planning, crisis intervention, advocacy, and educational services. Works with local programs to facilitate safety planning, provide transportation as necessary, and ensure the delivery of culturally relevant services in local shelters.

HFCC victim services include DV support group, domestic violence and sexual assault support and crisis intervention, advocacy, legal advocacy, emergency and transitional housing. HFCC also provides support, advocacy, intervention and legal advocacy to victims of general crime.
