Provides youth clubs to learn life skills through project activity, community service, and leadership. Membership is open to boys and girls from 5-19 years of age. Clubs are led by screened and trained volunteers. The program helps youth develop self-confidence, self-esteem, and basic life skills.

Oasis Centers are "full service" youth centers serving street and homeless youth. The youth centers provide services such as shower, laundry, food, clothes and hygiene products, job-training opportunities, tutoring, mentoring, activities, email and mail service.  Youth are encouraged to commit themselves to case management so as to help them deliberately with making changes in their lives.

Serves families with quality, positive education and fun activities for school-age children in an inclusive, safe and nurturing environment.  Activities include homework/tutoring, arts and crafts, games, sports and other recreational opportunities. Offers unique programming to Teens, including Advisory Teen Council, service learning opportunities and field trips.

Organizes classes and programs for Mercer Island area youth.   Programs include art, babysitting classes, ballet, cheer camp, martial arts, music and sports programs.

Activities focus on academic success, career exploration and community service.  Through community service projects, Keystoners learn first-hand the importance of cultivating and exercising the virtues of compassion, tolerance, responsibility and citizenship. Keystoning is a unique leadership development experience that gives young people a chance to act on their humanitarian ideals while building self-respect and strong attachments to family and community.
