Treats individuals and families struggling with addiction, mental illness and homelessness in Southwest Washington including outpatient counseling, mentalization based therapy, program for assertive community treatment, dialectical behavioral therapy, illness management and recovery, wellness programs, substance use programs and housing programs.

Provides behavioral health services for youth under the age of 21, and wraparound programs for families at risk of having a troubled child removed from home. Programs offered: SWIFT Stabilization & Wellness in Families: Serves youth experiencing a mental health crisis who are at risk of hurting themselves or others. SWIFT offers intensive support for the family and youth to maintain safety at home, stabilizing the crisis, and reducing the need for hospitalization. SWIFT also assists in finding and referring the youth and family to longer-term programs to provide continued mental health care. - Services include: creation of individualized crisis plans and 24/7 crisis support; access to psychiatric evaluation and medication management as needed; connection to other community resources and supportive services; supports youth and families and connects them to additional resources in the community, without disrupting the supportive environment of the youth. 3 Rivers WISe Wraparound with Intensive Services: Serves youth with mental and behavioral health challenges in their homes and communities to decrease the reliance on out of home placements. - Services include: facilitation of the wraparound process to identify needs behind the behavior; development of individualized plans to address those needs while allowing the youth to remain in their home; a team-based, collaborative approach with the family’s voice at the center; a therapist to help the youth process life events and find healing; a focus on strengths and providing multi-level support to the family and youth.

Offers an adult only mental health facility that provides multiple services which include individual, family and group therapy, case management, Peer Support delivered by Certified Peer Counselors and Therapeutic Psychoeducation. Crisis support is provided by Therapists and Case Managers during business hours. Medication Management and Medication Monitoring services will be referred to the Lakewood office. This clinic serves all populations with accommodations needed to make the service accessible and meaningful through Mental Health Specialists and interpreters to promote recovery. Agency provides DBHR-certified service(s).

Provides individual, group therapy services for adults.We also provide Mental Health Assessments, Domestic Violence Assessments, Anger-Aggression Assessments, Victim Assessments and shoplifting Assessments. We also Provide Mental Health PEER services.

Services and support for individuals between the ages of four and 24 with outpatient individual, family, and group counseling, as well as prevention and intervention services. Services encourage individual and family goals while recognizing the importance of trauma-informed, culturally and linguistically responsive treatment. Our highly trained counselors help youth identify inherent strengths to help them achieve their goals.

Builds healthy Navy families and sustains a strong Navy community through comprehensive approaches in prevention, intervention and training for individuals, families, and commands.     - **Counseling Program** - individual, couple and family counseling for active duty, retirees (space available) and their families.    - **Family Advocacy Program**  offers an opportunity for individuals and families to learn how to better handle issues of violence within relationships and families.     - **Victim Advocacy Program** offers confidential support and assistance for victims of domestic violence.     - **New Parent Support Program** - primary prevention program designed to assist new parents with regard to issues surrounding newborns, parenting, and family relationships. Child, Adult & Family Counseling: offers counseling services to people of all ages (children, teens, adults, and seniors); provides individual counseling, couple counseling, family counseling, or group therapy; Wraparound With Intensive Services (WISe), which provides intensive wraparound mental health services to support the child and family. The focus of WISe is to develop an individualized care plan based on strengths and needs that respect your child and family on a weekly basis. Autism Services for Children: applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), which is a kindergarten readiness program for children ages 2-6, who have autism. Psychiatric and Medication Management: therapists, case managers, peers, and physicians work together to provide treatment and support to help alleviate symptoms, manage chronic symptoms, and enhance recovery for people who suffer from mental health or substance abuse disorders. Helps with stabilizing medications, teaching social and living skills, and by offering help with employment and day-to-day activities.

Individual child counseling allows each child a safe environment in which to explore and work on issues important to them.   Therapy with adolescents focuses on problem-solving and developing age-appropriate life skills.   Family therapy includes all who are involved in direct care of the child.  Also provides mental health assessments as well as psychiatric evaluation and medication management services.  Brief intensive treatment is available for families who are experiencing an immediate crisis situation. Provides mental health treatment to children, youth, adults, and families who are experiencing difficulties in their lives.    Works with such issues as depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, as well as other family stressors and transitions.   Uses a strengths-based and evidence-based approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma focused CBT to tailor services to the particular strengths and needs of each of our clients. Community-based counseling center provides a wide range of social, psychological, and readjustment services. Readjustment counseling helps veterans make a successful transition from military to civilian life or after a traumatic event experienced in the military. Offers Individual, group, marriage and family counseling as well as referrals and connections to other VA or community benefits and services. Vet Center counselors and outreach staff, many of whom are Veterans themselves, are experienced and prepared to discuss the tragedies of war, loss, grief and transition after trauma. Services for a Veteran may include individual and group counseling in areas such as bereavement, military sexual trauma, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), alcohol and drug assessment, and suicide prevention referrals.
