Community-based counseling center provides a wide range of social, psychological, and readjustment services. Readjustment counseling helps veterans make a successful transition from military to civilian life or after a traumatic event experienced in the military. Offers Individual, group, marriage and family counseling as well as referrals and connections to other VA or community benefits and services. Vet Center counselors and outreach staff, many of whom are Veterans themselves, are experienced and prepared to discuss the tragedies of war, loss, grief and transition after trauma. Services for a Veteran may include individual and group counseling in areas such as bereavement, military sexual trauma, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), alcohol and drug assessment, and suicide prevention referrals.

Provides intensive, short-term (3-5 months) home, school, and community-based services to adolescents and their families who are experiencing family conflicts, troubles in school, contact with juvenile justice system, mental health issues, anti-social behavior, and/or are or have been involved with Child Welfare. Designed to build improved positive relationships, improved school functioning, and decrease negative behavior and involvement with the legal system. Provides the client and family services 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, when and where those services are needed. Program may involve family therapy, marital therapy, individual treatment, case management, crisis stabilization, psychiatric medication, evaluations of the youth's peer network, consultation with schools and other service providers, and liaison activities with the schools, courts, and mental health providers. Provides comprehensive support services in collaboration with local schools, the Juvenile Justice System, the Department of Social and Health Services, community centers, and non-profit youth services agencies. The individual may or may not be present. -  Group Therapy: services are provided to an individual in a group setting to assist them in attaining the goals described in the service plan. This may include premarital counseling, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, co-occurring disorders, abuse, trauma, domestic violence, parenting, self-esteem, life transitions, communication, healthy relationships, blended families and more.

Builds healthy Navy families and sustains a strong Navy community through comprehensive approaches in prevention, intervention and training for individuals, families, and commands.     - **Counseling Program** - individual, couple and family counseling for active duty, retirees (space available) and their families.    - **Family Advocacy Program**  offers an opportunity for individuals and families to learn how to better handle issues of violence within relationships and families.     - **Victim Advocacy Program** offers confidential support and assistance for victims of domestic violence.     - **New Parent Support Program** - primary prevention program designed to assist new parents with regard to issues surrounding newborns, parenting, and family relationships. Parenting Program offers classes that address parenting issues such as: childbirth education, baby basics, communicating with children, and parenting.     - **Prevention Programs** focus on building healthy relationships, effective child rearing, promoting personal well being and addressing issues of domestic violence. Prevention programs are available to commands and groups as requested as well as ongoing programs addressing anger management, keeping children safe and stress management.    - **SAPR** - Sexual Assault Prevention and Response Program - Offers support and assistance and assistance to victims of sexual assault.

Community and home based intensive services for youth ages 0-21 who have mental health challenges and their families.

Provides integrated mental health and chemical dependency treatment. Mental Health Treatment: - Offers case management and treatment for adults suffering from long-term thought and mood disorders, including counseling, medication management, independent living skills training, and support - Offers counseling, case management, medication, and general support to the child and family - Helps patients who suffer from: * Depression * Behavior problems * Attention deficit disorder * Sexual, emotional and physical abuse * Long-Term thought and mood disorders * Sexual, emotional, or physical abuse * Chronic mental and emotional illness * Substance Abuse Problems Chemical Dependency Treatment: - Helps youth and adults recover from dependency and live a full life - Offers the following: * Outpatient treatment for youth and adults * DUI assessment * Alcohol/Drug Information School

Child and Family Services provides a variety of services for children, adolescents, and families, including, response and outreach services, outpatient therapy for children, family group therapy, and case management and coordination with other child-serving systems. Psychiatric evaluation, medication monitoring and substance use assessment, treatment, and education are also available services. Agency provides DBHR-certified service(s). Programs include: WISe - Wraparound Intensive Services - Highly customize, community-based support with a team approach Young Adult Transition Team - Coordinated support for youth ages 16-21 as they learn skills for independent living

Offers an adult only mental health facility that provides multiple services which include individual, family and group therapy, case management, Peer Support delivered by Certified Peer Counselors and Therapeutic Psychoeducation. Crisis support is provided by Therapists and Case Managers during business hours. Medication Management and Medication Monitoring services will be referred to the Lakewood office. This clinic serves all populations with accommodations needed to make the service accessible and meaningful through Mental Health Specialists and interpreters to promote recovery. Provides mental health services by professionals who are registered or certified to children and their families. After an initial assessment and determination of need for ongoing help, core mental health services available at CCS include individual and/or family counseling/therapy, medication evaluation/management and coordination with primary care physicians, and case management.

Offers a range of services to assist with the challenges of daily living and the effects of stress on mood, behavior, and mental health. Services provided include individual and group counseling, services for children 5 and under with Autism Spectrum Disorder, psychiatric services, medication management, and CRISIS care. Child, Adult & Family Counseling: offers counseling services to people of all ages (children, teens, adults, and seniors); provides individual counseling, couple counseling, family counseling, or group therapy; Wraparound With Intensive Services (WISe), which provides intensive wraparound mental health services to support the child and family. Autism Services for Children: applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), which is a kindergarten readiness program for children ages 2-6, who have autism. Psychiatric and Medication Management: therapists, case managers, peers, and physicians work together to provide treatment and support to help alleviate symptoms, manage chronic symptoms, and enhance recovery for people who suffer from mental health or substance abuse disorders. Helps with stabilizing medications, teaching social and living skills, and by offering help with employment and day-to-day activities.

Individual child counseling allows each child a safe environment in which to explore and work on issues important to them.   Therapy with adolescents focuses on problem-solving and developing age-appropriate life skills.   Family therapy includes all who are involved in direct care of the child.  Also provides mental health assessments as well as psychiatric evaluation and medication management services.  Brief intensive treatment is available for families who are experiencing an immediate crisis situation. Early Childhood: Works to meet the mental health needs of infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and their families. Provides parent coaching to help caregivers be more effective, and offers treatment for behavioral challenges, trauma, depression, and anxiety among other mental health disorders. ​
