Therapists and clinical interns support local children, youth, and caregivers through difficult times. The Behavioral Health Program uses a trauma and culturally responsive, evidence-based approach to address issues such as – but not limited to – depression, family conflict, trauma, and anxiety. Also facilitates a therapeutic gaming program called CoRe where Seattle middle school students play video games to cultivate communication and social emotional skills.

Serves families of youth up to 21 years of age with complex behavioral health needs who could benefit from a high higher level of care or are at risk of out-of-home placement.

Conexiones offers culturally- and linguistically-specific psychological evaluations and counseling for Latino children and adults. Evaluations are offered for cognitive functioning, attention problems (ADHD), disabilities, autism, and learning problems or disabilities for individuals from kindergarten age to college/university age.

Provides individual and family counseling for Enumclaw residents. Provides home visits only in the area of the Enumclaw Plateau.   More information is also provided upon registration.

Community-based counseling center provides a wide range of social, psychological, and readjustment services. Readjustment counseling helps veterans make a successful transition from military to civilian life or after a traumatic event experienced in the military. Offers Individual, group, marriage and family counseling as well as referrals and connections to other VA or community benefits and services. Vet Center counselors and outreach staff, many of whom are Veterans themselves, are experienced and prepared to discuss the tragedies of war, loss, grief and transition after trauma. Services for a Veteran may include individual and group counseling in areas such as bereavement, military sexual trauma, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), alcohol and drug assessment, and suicide prevention referrals.

Provides individual, group therapy services for adults.We also provide Mental Health Assessments, Domestic Violence Assessments, Anger-Aggression Assessments, Victim Assessments and shoplifting Assessments. We also Provide Mental Health PEER services.

Provides outpatient mental health services for children, adolescents, adults, and families with mental health needs. This program may include psychiatric services including evaluations and medication management which may include Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and/or Multi-Systemic Therapy (MST). Offers the following: -  Individual Therapy: designed to assist in attaining the goals developed and identified on the service plan. The treatment services are conducted by a mental health professional with individuals and any persons who are natural supports in their lives. -  Family Therapy: services are provided for the direct benefit of an individual, with family members and/or other relevant persons in attendance. Interventions identify and build competencies to strengthen family functions in relationship to the individual’s identified goals. The individual may or may not be present. -  Group Therapy: services are provided to an individual in a group setting to assist them in attaining the goals described in the service plan. Integration of behavioral and biological approaches to medical psychological problems. Provides diagnostic evaluation, outpatient counseling and therapy, individual therapy, group therapy, family therapy, and medication management.

Compass Health provides a broad continuum of counseling services to individuals who have ongoing mental health issues and need assistance in reducing/managing symptoms and improving coping and daily living skills.  Intensity of services is based upon the needs of the individual.  Individual therapy, community support services, case management, psychiatric medication, and group services are available.
