Community-based counseling center provides a wide range of social, psychological, and readjustment services. Readjustment counseling helps veterans make a successful transition from military to civilian life or after a traumatic event experienced in the military. Offers Individual, group, marriage and family counseling as well as referrals and connections to other VA or community benefits and services. Vet Center counselors and outreach staff, many of whom are Veterans themselves, are experienced and prepared to discuss the tragedies of war, loss, grief and transition after trauma. Services for a Veteran may include individual and group counseling in areas such as bereavement, military sexual trauma, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), alcohol and drug assessment, and suicide prevention referrals.

Offers an adult only mental health facility that provides multiple services which include individual, family and group therapy, case management, Peer Support delivered by Certified Peer Counselors and Therapeutic Psychoeducation. Crisis support is provided by Therapists and Case Managers during business hours. Medication Management and Medication Monitoring services will be referred to the Lakewood office. This clinic serves all populations with accommodations needed to make the service accessible and meaningful through Mental Health Specialists and interpreters to promote recovery.
