Provides mental health treatment to children, youth, adults, and families who are experiencing difficulties in their lives.    Works with such issues as depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, as well as other family stressors and transitions.   Uses a strengths-based and evidence-based approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma focused CBT to tailor services to the particular strengths and needs of each of our clients. Provides individual and family counseling and case management services. Services are provided at in-person at schools and/or home, and via telehealth to provide a connection to the environment in which the youth live. Mental health services may include intake assessments, individual therapy, group therapy, case management, family therapy, crisis response and management, psychiatric services, and medication management. Bilingual/Bi cultural case managers work in partnership with schools, DSHS, CPS, and juvenile justice workers. Case managers also function as an educational and supportive link to the broader mainstream services and the Asian/Pacific Islander American families they serve.

Offers tailored, individualized psychotherapy counseling services. Includes: - family - group - support group - marriage/couple and - psychological evaluations and intake procedures. Mental Health Counseling services available to children ages 5-12 and adults at no charge. Counseling is provided by licensed mental health providers and clinical social workers.

Offers a full range of outpatient services to families, individuals, and groups, from children to senior citizens. Treatment is available in such areas as marriage and family problems, divorce, anxiety, depression, anger management, delayed stress, sexual abuse, loss and grief. Children's Services: offers a range of services to meet the needs of children and their families. Services are provided in the office, school or home setting. Older Adult Services: complete mental health outpatient services are available to senior persons whether they are in a facility such as a nursing home or live in their own home. Medication Management: provides evaluation to help a consumer determine what, if any, medication is necessary. Prescriptions are written by a staff psychiatrist and staff are available to help monitor medication.

Offers both family and individual therapy for children and families. Helps children and families use their strengths to build resiliency and develop the skills needed for recovery. Wrap Around with Intensive Services (WISe): Provides comprehensive behavioral health services and supports for Medicaid eligible children, adolescents, and transition-aged youth with complex behavioral health needs, and their families. Program uses natural supports (such as family, friends, and religious leaders) and the professionals involved with the family in treatment so that youth can continue to live in their homes and communities.

Provides short-term counseling services. Counseling services include relationship counseling, family counseling, and depression, anxiety, and bereavement counseling.

Provides strategies to support positive behavior and specialized treatment to address the needs of children 5 and younger who have being diagnosed with autism.

Community-based counseling center provides a wide range of social, psychological, and readjustment services. Readjustment counseling helps veterans make a successful transition from military to civilian life or after a traumatic event experienced in the military. Offers Individual, group, marriage and family counseling as well as referrals and connections to other VA or community benefits and services. Vet Center counselors and outreach staff, many of whom are Veterans themselves, are experienced and prepared to discuss the tragedies of war, loss, grief and transition after trauma. Services for a Veteran may include individual and group counseling in areas such as bereavement, military sexual trauma, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), alcohol and drug assessment, and suicide prevention referrals.

Provides culturally relevant counseling and mental health services using a variety of clinical approaches, including evaluations and individual, family, and couples counseling. Psychiatric nurse practitioner offers evaluations for psychiatric medication and medication management. Also offers Positive Indian Parenting classes, as well as school- and home-based services.

Provides intensive, short-term (3-5 months) home, school, and community-based services to adolescents and their families who are experiencing family conflicts, troubles in school, contact with juvenile justice system, mental health issues, anti-social behavior, and/or are or have been involved with Child Welfare. Designed to build improved positive relationships, improved school functioning, and decrease negative behavior and involvement with the legal system. Provides the client and family services 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, when and where those services are needed. Program may involve family therapy, marital therapy, individual treatment, case management, crisis stabilization, psychiatric medication, evaluations of the youth's peer network, consultation with schools and other service providers, and liaison activities with the schools, courts, and mental health providers. Compass Health provides a broad continuum of counseling services to individuals who have ongoing mental health issues and need assistance in reducing/managing symptoms and improving coping and daily living skills.  Intensity of services is based upon the needs of the individual.  Individual therapy, community support services, case management, psychiatric medication, and group services are available. Provides specialized services for children, youth and families as well as for older adults.   Dawson Place only serves child victims of sexual or physical abuse and their families.   Not all services offered at all locations. Provides outpatient mental health services for children, adolescents, adults, and families with mental health needs. This program may include psychiatric services including evaluations and medication management which may include Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and/or Multi-Systemic Therapy (MST). Offers the following: -  Individual Therapy: designed to assist in attaining the goals developed and identified on the service plan. The treatment services are conducted by a mental health professional with individuals and any persons who are natural supports in their lives. -  Family Therapy: services are provided for the direct benefit of an individual, with family members and/or other relevant persons in attendance. Interventions identify and build competencies to strengthen family functions in relationship to the individual’s identified goals. The individual may or may not be present. -  Group Therapy: services are provided to an individual in a group setting to assist them in attaining the goals described in the service plan.
