Provides behavioral health services for youth under the age of 21, and wraparound programs for families at risk of having a troubled child removed from home. Programs offered: SWIFT Stabilization & Wellness in Families: Serves youth experiencing a mental health crisis who are at risk of hurting themselves or others. SWIFT offers intensive support for the family and youth to maintain safety at home, stabilizing the crisis, and reducing the need for hospitalization. SWIFT also assists in finding and referring the youth and family to longer-term programs to provide continued mental health care. - Services include: creation of individualized crisis plans and 24/7 crisis support; access to psychiatric evaluation and medication management as needed; connection to other community resources and supportive services; supports youth and families and connects them to additional resources in the community, without disrupting the supportive environment of the youth. 3 Rivers WISe Wraparound with Intensive Services: Serves youth with mental and behavioral health challenges in their homes and communities to decrease the reliance on out of home placements. - Services include: facilitation of the wraparound process to identify needs behind the behavior; development of individualized plans to address those needs while allowing the youth to remain in their home; a team-based, collaborative approach with the family’s voice at the center; a therapist to help the youth process life events and find healing; a focus on strengths and providing multi-level support to the family and youth.

Child Mental Health Specialists work with children individually, in groups, and in the context of their families to improve behaviors, promote positive change and strengthen families' connections with ongoing community supports. Peer supports for parents and a parent Wellness Group are available.

Services include individual, couples, family, and group counseling.

Helps children who are having challenges in school or if they need additional support at home. Counselors will assist the family in helping a stronger relationship by teaching communication, stress management, and problem-solving skills. Also provides the WISe program (Wraparound with Intensive Services), which provides comprehensive, specialized services for children with behavioral health needs and their families.

Provides culturally sensitive individual, family and group counseling and youth mental health treatment. Counseling happens onsite, virtually, at schools, home and/or other community settings. Also offers: - Support Groups - Social Skills Classes - Case Management Integrated Cognitive Therapies Program Provides treatment for young people with mental health and substance use disorders. Offers a comprehensive evaluation of mental health and substance use disorders followed by individually tailored treatments.   Treats a range of substance use and psychiatric disorders, including depression, anxiety, ADHD, behavioral problems and other conditions commonly experience by those use substances. Prescribes and manages psychiatric medication and offers continuing care services for those need more support.  Program includes option for family to be involved through Parent Coaching appointments and groups. Wraparound with Intensive Services (WISe) Provides intensive mental health services in a wraparound team structure for children and youth involved in more than one system. Team is comprised of significant individuals involved in the participant’s life. Team members include natural supports (family, friends, religious leaders) and the professionals who work with the family (counselors, nurses/doctors, schools, CPS and probation officers). Provide access to crisis services for established patients as needed.

Child and Family Services provides a variety of services for children, adolescents, and families, including, response and outreach services, outpatient therapy for children, family group therapy, and case management and coordination with other child-serving systems. Psychiatric evaluation, medication monitoring and substance use assessment, treatment, and education are also available services. Agency provides DBHR-certified service(s). Programs include: WISe - Wraparound Intensive Services - Highly customize, community-based support with a team approach Young Adult Transition Team - Coordinated support for youth ages 16-21 as they learn skills for independent living

Provides comprehensive support services in collaboration with local schools, the Juvenile Justice System, the Department of Social and Health Services, community centers, and non-profit youth services agencies. Provides assessments and counseling/therapy for individuals and families. Works with individuals who have/are diagnosed with anxiety, depression, PTSD, phobias, Bi-polar, ADHD, OCD and others.

Provides individual and family counseling and case management services. Services are provided at in-person at schools and/or home, and via telehealth to provide a connection to the environment in which the youth live. Mental health services may include intake assessments, individual therapy, group therapy, case management, family therapy, crisis response and management, psychiatric services, and medication management. Bilingual/Bi cultural case managers work in partnership with schools, DSHS, CPS, and juvenile justice workers. Case managers also function as an educational and supportive link to the broader mainstream services and the Asian/Pacific Islander American families they serve.

Offers an adult only mental health facility that provides multiple services which include individual, family and group therapy, case management, Peer Support delivered by Certified Peer Counselors and Therapeutic Psychoeducation. Crisis support is provided by Therapists and Case Managers during business hours. Medication Management and Medication Monitoring services will be referred to the Lakewood office. This clinic serves all populations with accommodations needed to make the service accessible and meaningful through Mental Health Specialists and interpreters to promote recovery. Provides outpatient mental health services for children, adolescents, adults, and families with mental health needs. This program may include psychiatric services including evaluations and medication management which may include Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and/or Multi-Systemic Therapy (MST). Offers the following: -  Individual Therapy: designed to assist in attaining the goals developed and identified on the service plan. The treatment services are conducted by a mental health professional with individuals and any persons who are natural supports in their lives. -  Family Therapy: services are provided for the direct benefit of an individual, with family members and/or other relevant persons in attendance. Interventions identify and build competencies to strengthen family functions in relationship to the individual’s identified goals. The individual may or may not be present. -  Group Therapy: services are provided to an individual in a group setting to assist them in attaining the goals described in the service plan.
