Community and home based intensive services for youth ages 0-21 who have mental health challenges and their families.

Child and Family Services provides a variety of services for children, adolescents, and families, including, response and outreach services, outpatient therapy for children, family group therapy, and case management and coordination with other child-serving systems. Psychiatric evaluation, medication monitoring and substance use assessment, treatment, and education are also available services. Agency provides DBHR-certified service(s). Multi-service family support program offers outpatient mental health services for children and families. Services include case management, brief intervention treatment, less restrictive alternative support and family, group and individual therapy.  Agency provides DBHR-certified service(s).

Provides comprehensive support services in collaboration with local schools, the Juvenile Justice System, the Department of Social and Health Services, community centers, and non-profit youth services agencies. Services include: - School, community, and home based counseling, - Individual, group and family therapy, - Violence prevention case management, - Crisis intervention, - Care coordination, - Psychiatric Evaluation, and - Medication Management

Provides short-term counseling services. Counseling services include relationship counseling, family counseling, and depression, anxiety, and bereavement counseling.

Helps children who are having challenges in school or if they need additional support at home. Counselors will assist the family in helping a stronger relationship by teaching communication, stress management, and problem-solving skills. Also provides the WISe program (Wraparound with Intensive Services), which provides comprehensive, specialized services for children with behavioral health needs and their families.

Provides outpatient mental health services for children, adolescents, adults, and families with mental health needs. This program may include psychiatric services including evaluations and medication management which may include Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and/or Multi-Systemic Therapy (MST). Offers the following: -  Individual Therapy: designed to assist in attaining the goals developed and identified on the service plan. The treatment services are conducted by a mental health professional with individuals and any persons who are natural supports in their lives. -  Family Therapy: services are provided for the direct benefit of an individual, with family members and/or other relevant persons in attendance. Interventions identify and build competencies to strengthen family functions in relationship to the individual’s identified goals. The individual may or may not be present. -  Group Therapy: services are provided to an individual in a group setting to assist them in attaining the goals described in the service plan. There are groups for children, adolescents and adults. Group types include:     *  Support     *  Psycho-education     *  Discussion     *  Growth and Experiential     *  Therapy

Provides culturally relevant counseling and mental health services using a variety of clinical approaches, including evaluations and individual, family, and couples counseling. Psychiatric nurse practitioner offers evaluations for psychiatric medication and medication management. Also offers Positive Indian Parenting classes, as well as school- and home-based services.

Provides mental health treatment to children, youth, adults, and families who are experiencing difficulties in their lives.    Works with such issues as depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, as well as other family stressors and transitions.   Uses a strengths-based and evidence-based approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma focused CBT to tailor services to the particular strengths and needs of each of our clients. Community-based counseling center provides a wide range of social, psychological, and readjustment services. Readjustment counseling helps veterans make a successful transition from military to civilian life or after a traumatic event experienced in the military. Offers Individual, group, marriage and family counseling as well as referrals and connections to other VA or community benefits and services. Vet Center counselors and outreach staff, many of whom are Veterans themselves, are experienced and prepared to discuss the tragedies of war, loss, grief and transition after trauma. Services for a Veteran may include individual and group counseling in areas such as bereavement, military sexual trauma, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), alcohol and drug assessment, and suicide prevention referrals.

Mental Health Counseling services available to children ages 5-12 and adults at no charge. Counseling is provided by licensed mental health providers and clinical social workers.

Offers a full range of outpatient services to families, individuals, and groups, from children to senior citizens. Treatment is available in such areas as marriage and family problems, divorce, anxiety, depression, anger management, delayed stress, sexual abuse, loss and grief. Children's Services: offers a range of services to meet the needs of children and their families. Services are provided in the office, school or home setting. Older Adult Services: complete mental health outpatient services are available to senior persons whether they are in a facility such as a nursing home or live in their own home. Medication Management: provides evaluation to help a consumer determine what, if any, medication is necessary. Prescriptions are written by a staff psychiatrist and staff are available to help monitor medication.

Program uses natural supports (such as family, friends, and religious leaders) and the professionals involved with the family in treatment so that youth can continue to live in their homes and communities.

Offers an adult only mental health facility that provides multiple services which include individual, family and group therapy, case management, Peer Support delivered by Certified Peer Counselors and Therapeutic Psychoeducation. Crisis support is provided by Therapists and Case Managers during business hours. Medication Management and Medication Monitoring services will be referred to the Lakewood office. This clinic serves all populations with accommodations needed to make the service accessible and meaningful through Mental Health Specialists and interpreters to promote recovery. Provides assessments and counseling/therapy for individuals and families. Works with individuals who have/are diagnosed with anxiety, depression, PTSD, phobias, Bi-polar, ADHD, OCD and others.

Provides evaluation and treatment for children, adolescents, and their families. Offers office visits, outpatient behavioral health services; and works closely with schools, medical professionals, and other social organizations so that the child is receiving the best level of care.

Provides individual, group, and family therapy; as well as brief intervention treatment, rehabilitative case management, and crisis support services.

Compass Health provides a broad continuum of counseling services to individuals who have ongoing mental health issues and need assistance in reducing/managing symptoms and improving coping and daily living skills.  Intensity of services is based upon the needs of the individual.  Individual therapy, community support services, case management, psychiatric medication, and group services are available. Provides specialized services for children, youth and families as well as for older adults.   Dawson Place only serves child victims of sexual or physical abuse and their families.   Not all services offered at all locations. Provide an array of counseling and support services to families with children and youth who may have emotional and/or behavioral challenges.
