Provides mental health treatment to children, youth, adults, and families who are experiencing difficulties in their lives.    Works with such issues as depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, as well as other family stressors and transitions.   Uses a strengths-based and evidence-based approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma focused CBT to tailor services to the particular strengths and needs of each of our clients. Compass Health provides a broad continuum of counseling services to individuals who have ongoing mental health issues and need assistance in reducing/managing symptoms and improving coping and daily living skills.  Intensity of services is based upon the needs of the individual.  Individual therapy, community support services, case management, psychiatric medication, and group services are available. Provides specialized services for children, youth and families as well as for older adults.   Dawson Place only serves child victims of sexual or physical abuse and their families.   Not all services offered at all locations. Provides mental health services by professionals who are registered or certified to children and their families. After an initial assessment and determination of need for ongoing help, core mental health services available at CCS include individual and/or family counseling/therapy, medication evaluation/management and coordination with primary care physicians, and case management.

Provides individual, family, and conjoint counseling; for adults, adolescents (age 14 and up), senior citizens; in the following areas:  Major depression, anxiety, marriage, premarital, divorce, adult incest survivor, adolescent/youth, child guidance, bereavement, crime victim, health problems, juvenile delinquency diversion, pregnancy, parenting, and retirement.

Provides comprehensive support services in collaboration with local schools, the Juvenile Justice System, the Department of Social and Health Services, community centers, and non-profit youth services agencies. Serves families of youth up to 21 years of age with complex behavioral health needs who could benefit from a high higher level of care or are at risk of out-of-home placement.

Child and Family Services provides a variety of services for children, adolescents, and families, including, response and outreach services, outpatient therapy for children, family group therapy, and case management and coordination with other child-serving systems. Psychiatric evaluation, medication monitoring and substance use assessment, treatment, and education are also available services. Agency provides DBHR-certified service(s). Offers individual, couples, family, and group counseling and therapy services for people of all ages facing mental health, addiction, and/or relationship challenges. Offers sex therapy and help navigating sexuality and gender identity and transitions. Provides treatment to individuals and families related to problematic internet and gaming behaviors. All therapeutic services are strictly confidential. Please note the Center is not a crisis intervention facility and does not offer medication management (appropriate referrals will be provided).

Offers an adult only mental health facility that provides multiple services which include individual, family and group therapy, case management, Peer Support delivered by Certified Peer Counselors and Therapeutic Psychoeducation. Crisis support is provided by Therapists and Case Managers during business hours. Medication Management and Medication Monitoring services will be referred to the Lakewood office. This clinic serves all populations with accommodations needed to make the service accessible and meaningful through Mental Health Specialists and interpreters to promote recovery. Agency provides DBHR-certified service(s).

Community-based counseling center provides a wide range of social, psychological, and readjustment services. Readjustment counseling helps veterans make a successful transition from military to civilian life or after a traumatic event experienced in the military. Offers Individual, group, marriage and family counseling as well as referrals and connections to other VA or community benefits and services. Vet Center counselors and outreach staff, many of whom are Veterans themselves, are experienced and prepared to discuss the tragedies of war, loss, grief and transition after trauma. Services for a Veteran may include individual and group counseling in areas such as bereavement, military sexual trauma, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), alcohol and drug assessment, and suicide prevention referrals.

Provides individual and family counseling for Enumclaw residents. Provides home visits only in the area of the Enumclaw Plateau.   More information is also provided upon registration.

Offers assistance through licensed mental health professionals and clinical social workers for crisis needs, advocacy, coordination with other agencies, and outreach services to seniors.

Mental Health Counseling services available to children ages 5-12 and adults at no charge. Counseling is provided by licensed mental health providers and clinical social workers.

Helps children who are having challenges in school or if they need additional support at home. Counselors will assist the family in helping a stronger relationship by teaching communication, stress management, and problem-solving skills. Also provides the WISe program (Wraparound with Intensive Services), which provides comprehensive, specialized services for children with behavioral health needs and their families.

Provides a variety of services to foster children and their families. Family Time Specialist Provides parent-child, sibling, or transportation only services for children, youth and families (DCYF). Serve and support clients in the following manners: ​ - Develops transportation schedules to transport client(s) to and from family time/sibling visits. ​ - Ensures and maintain the safety and well-being of program participants during visits. - Facilitates engagement between parent(s), and sibling(s) with an atmosphere that supports the parent-child, or relationship between siblings. - Supervise/monitor the family time/sibling visit with the professional working with the family. Family Preservation Services Provides family-focused, behavior-oriented, in-home counseling, and support to youth who are at substantial risk of placement or for children returning to the home from out-of-home care. Services provided include: ​ - Crisis Stabilization –services delivered by Professional Staff that are short-term, acute, and use an active and systematic approach to stabilization. - Engagement – activates aligned with the principles and skills associated with Motivational Interviewing. - Parenting Strategies –helping and teaching parents and caregivers to learn and use the skills they specifically need to safely parent their children. ​ - Family Resources - Engaging families to strengthen parent advocacy, identify personal growth opportunities, and identify accessible and supportive natural supports and community resources that directly support child safety in the home. The Positive Parenting Program (Triple P) Provides professional level services to improve family functioning to promote the child’s or adolescent’s health, safety, well-being, and welfare, supporting the family to remain intact and allow children to remain or return home. The benefits of this program include: - Increased appropriate parenting skills. - Increased appropriate parental discipline and behavior management. - Improved parent-child relationship. - Decreased child behavior problems. Promoting First Relationships Provides early support for infants and toddlers​ up to the age of three years old who have been diagnosed with a physical or mental condition that has a high probability of resulting in developmental delays. Families eligible for this program will receive services to strengthen the following capabilities and skills for their children including: - Cognitive delays. - Physical (fine or gross motor) delays. ​ - Communication (receptive or expressive language) delays. ​ - Social or Emotional delays. - Adaptive delays. In-home Family Therapy and Counseling Services Performed by licensed professionals and are delivered consistent with cognitive behavioral treatment modalities. Therapy and counseling services are focused on the needs of the family as they directly relate to child safety. Benefits of these services include: - Support for a family managing difficult child and teenage behaviors, including monitoring and safety concerns. - Family discipline support for caregivers in monitoring pre/teenage youth. - Support for moderate to high family conflict, youth is displaying some high risk behaviors. - Support with adolescent behavior problems including self-destructive behavior and provoking dangerous reactions in caregiver.

Offers a range of behavioral health services to children, adolescents, parents, foster parents, and other primary caregivers of youth.  Agency provides DBHR-certified service(s).

Provides individual, group therapy services for adults.We also provide Mental Health Assessments, Domestic Violence Assessments, Anger-Aggression Assessments, Victim Assessments and shoplifting Assessments. We also Provide Mental Health PEER services.
