Provides behavioral health services for youth under the age of 21, and wraparound programs for families at risk of having a troubled child removed from home. Programs offered: SWIFT Stabilization & Wellness in Families: Serves youth experiencing a mental health crisis who are at risk of hurting themselves or others. SWIFT offers intensive support for the family and youth to maintain safety at home, stabilizing the crisis, and reducing the need for hospitalization. SWIFT also assists in finding and referring the youth and family to longer-term programs to provide continued mental health care. - Services include: creation of individualized crisis plans and 24/7 crisis support; access to psychiatric evaluation and medication management as needed; connection to other community resources and supportive services; supports youth and families and connects them to additional resources in the community, without disrupting the supportive environment of the youth. 3 Rivers WISe Wraparound with Intensive Services: Serves youth with mental and behavioral health challenges in their homes and communities to decrease the reliance on out of home placements. - Services include: facilitation of the wraparound process to identify needs behind the behavior; development of individualized plans to address those needs while allowing the youth to remain in their home; a team-based, collaborative approach with the family’s voice at the center; a therapist to help the youth process life events and find healing; a focus on strengths and providing multi-level support to the family and youth.

Provides evaluation and treatment for children, adolescents, and their families. Offers office visits, outpatient behavioral health services; and works closely with schools, medical professionals, and other social organizations so that the child is receiving the best level of care.

Services and support for individuals between the ages of four and 24 with outpatient individual, family, and group counseling, as well as prevention and intervention services. Services encourage individual and family goals while recognizing the importance of trauma-informed, culturally and linguistically responsive treatment. Our highly trained counselors help youth identify inherent strengths to help them achieve their goals.

Provides counseling for individuals, couples and families for a variety of needs. This may include premarital counseling, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, co-occurring disorders, abuse, trauma, domestic violence, parenting, self-esteem, life transitions, communication, healthy relationships, blended families and more.

Offers an adult only mental health facility that provides multiple services which include individual, family and group therapy, case management, Peer Support delivered by Certified Peer Counselors and Therapeutic Psychoeducation. Crisis support is provided by Therapists and Case Managers during business hours. Medication Management and Medication Monitoring services will be referred to the Lakewood office. This clinic serves all populations with accommodations needed to make the service accessible and meaningful through Mental Health Specialists and interpreters to promote recovery. Readjustment counseling helps veterans make a successful transition from military to civilian life or after a traumatic event experienced in the military. Offers Individual, group, marriage and family counseling as well as referrals and connections to other VA or community benefits and services. Vet Center counselors and outreach staff, many of whom are Veterans themselves, are experienced and prepared to discuss the tragedies of war, loss, grief and transition after trauma. Services for a Veteran may include individual and group counseling in areas such as bereavement, military sexual trauma, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), alcohol and drug assessment, and suicide prevention referrals.

Multi-service family support program offers outpatient mental health services for children and families. Services include case management, brief intervention treatment, less restrictive alternative support and family, group and individual therapy.  Agency provides DBHR-certified service(s).

Provides individual, family, and conjoint counseling; for adults, adolescents (age 14 and up), senior citizens; in the following areas:  Major depression, anxiety, marriage, premarital, divorce, adult incest survivor, adolescent/youth, child guidance, bereavement, crime victim, health problems, juvenile delinquency diversion, pregnancy, parenting, and retirement.

Offers individual and family therapy. Individual child counseling allows each child a safe environment in which to explore and work on issues important to them.   Therapy with adolescents focuses on problem-solving and developing age-appropriate life skills.   Family therapy includes all who are involved in direct care of the child.  Also provides mental health assessments as well as psychiatric evaluation and medication management services.  Brief intensive treatment is available for families who are experiencing an immediate crisis situation. Early Childhood: Works to meet the mental health needs of infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and their families. Child and Family Services provides a variety of services for children, adolescents, and families, including, response and outreach services, outpatient therapy for children, family group therapy, and case management and coordination with other child-serving systems.
