Provides specialized counseling for: - Professional Adults; - Individual Adult Women or Men; - Teens and their families - Couples Therapy; Team of experienced, professional licensed therapists, both male and female Therapists and Counselors.

Offers outpatient counseling services as well as case management services and a variety of support groups and classes. Therapists, case managers, peers, and physicians work together to provide treatment and support to help alleviate and manage symptoms of mental illness as well as enhance recovery. Stabilizes medications, teaches social and living skills, and helps with employment and day-to-day activities.

Provides outpatient mental health services for children, adolescents, adults, and families with mental health needs. This program may include psychiatric services including evaluations and medication management which may include Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and/or Multi-Systemic Therapy (MST). Offers the following: -  Individual Therapy: designed to assist in attaining the goals developed and identified on the service plan. The treatment services are conducted by a mental health professional with individuals and any persons who are natural supports in their lives. -  Family Therapy: services are provided for the direct benefit of an individual, with family members and/or other relevant persons in attendance. Interventions identify and build competencies to strengthen family functions in relationship to the individual’s identified goals. The individual may or may not be present. -  Group Therapy: services are provided to an individual in a group setting to assist them in attaining the goals described in the service plan. Community-based counseling center provides a wide range of social, psychological, and readjustment services. Readjustment counseling helps veterans make a successful transition from military to civilian life or after a traumatic event experienced in the military. Offers Individual, group, marriage and family counseling as well as referrals and connections to other VA or community benefits and services. Vet Center counselors and outreach staff, many of whom are Veterans themselves, are experienced and prepared to discuss the tragedies of war, loss, grief and transition after trauma. Services for a Veteran may include individual and group counseling in areas such as bereavement, military sexual trauma, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), alcohol and drug assessment, and suicide prevention referrals.

Child and Family Services provides a variety of services for children, adolescents, and families, including, response and outreach services, outpatient therapy for children, family group therapy, and case management and coordination with other child-serving systems. Psychiatric evaluation, medication monitoring and substance use assessment, treatment, and education are also available services. Agency provides DBHR-certified service(s). Offers an adult only mental health facility that provides multiple services which include individual, family and group therapy, case management, Peer Support delivered by Certified Peer Counselors and Therapeutic Psychoeducation. Crisis support is provided by Therapists and Case Managers during business hours. Medication Management and Medication Monitoring services will be referred to the Lakewood office. This clinic serves all populations with accommodations needed to make the service accessible and meaningful through Mental Health Specialists and interpreters to promote recovery. Counselors will assist the family in helping a stronger relationship by teaching communication, stress management, and problem-solving skills. Also provides the WISe program (Wraparound with Intensive Services), which provides comprehensive, specialized services for children with behavioral health needs and their families.
