Community and home based intensive services for youth ages 0-21 who have mental health challenges and their families.

Helps children who are having challenges in school or if they need additional support at home. Counselors will assist the family in helping a stronger relationship by teaching communication, stress management, and problem-solving skills. Also provides the WISe program (Wraparound with Intensive Services), which provides comprehensive, specialized services for children with behavioral health needs and their families.

Integration of behavioral and biological approaches to medical psychological problems. Provides diagnostic evaluation, outpatient counseling and therapy, individual therapy, group therapy, family therapy, and medication management.

Offers outpatient counseling services for adults, families, seniors, and children ages 2 and up, as well as case management and psychiatric services, including medication management. Provides strategies to support positive behavior and specialized treatment to address the needs of children 5 and younger who have being diagnosed with autism.

Provides individual and family counseling and case management services. Services are provided at in-person at schools and/or home, and via telehealth to provide a connection to the environment in which the youth live. Mental health services may include intake assessments, individual therapy, group therapy, case management, family therapy, crisis response and management, psychiatric services, and medication management. Bilingual/Bi cultural case managers work in partnership with schools, DSHS, CPS, and juvenile justice workers. Case managers also function as an educational and supportive link to the broader mainstream services and the Asian/Pacific Islander American families they serve.

Provides behavioral health services for youth under the age of 21, and wraparound programs for families at risk of having a troubled child removed from home. Programs offered: SWIFT Stabilization & Wellness in Families: Serves youth experiencing a mental health crisis who are at risk of hurting themselves or others. SWIFT offers intensive support for the family and youth to maintain safety at home, stabilizing the crisis, and reducing the need for hospitalization. SWIFT also assists in finding and referring the youth and family to longer-term programs to provide continued mental health care. - Services include: creation of individualized crisis plans and 24/7 crisis support; access to psychiatric evaluation and medication management as needed; connection to other community resources and supportive services; supports youth and families and connects them to additional resources in the community, without disrupting the supportive environment of the youth. 3 Rivers WISe Wraparound with Intensive Services: Serves youth with mental and behavioral health challenges in their homes and communities to decrease the reliance on out of home placements. - Services include: facilitation of the wraparound process to identify needs behind the behavior; development of individualized plans to address those needs while allowing the youth to remain in their home; a team-based, collaborative approach with the family’s voice at the center; a therapist to help the youth process life events and find healing; a focus on strengths and providing multi-level support to the family and youth.

Compass Health provides a broad continuum of counseling services to individuals who have ongoing mental health issues and need assistance in reducing/managing symptoms and improving coping and daily living skills.  Intensity of services is based upon the needs of the individual.  Individual therapy, community support services, case management, psychiatric medication, and group services are available. Provides specialized services for children, youth and families as well as for older adults.   Dawson Place only serves child victims of sexual or physical abuse and their families.   Not all services offered at all locations. Offers a full range of outpatient services to families, individuals, and groups, from children to senior citizens. Treatment is available in such areas as marriage and family problems, divorce, anxiety, depression, anger management, delayed stress, sexual abuse, loss and grief. Children's Services: offers a range of services to meet the needs of children and their families. Services are provided in the office, school or home setting. Older Adult Services: complete mental health outpatient services are available to senior persons whether they are in a facility such as a nursing home or live in their own home. Medication Management: provides evaluation to help a consumer determine what, if any, medication is necessary. Prescriptions are written by a staff psychiatrist and staff are available to help monitor medication.

Wrap Around with Intensive Services (WISe): Provides comprehensive behavioral health services and supports for Medicaid eligible children, adolescents, and transition-aged youth with complex behavioral health needs, and their families. Program uses natural supports (such as family, friends, and religious leaders) and the professionals involved with the family in treatment so that youth can continue to live in their homes and communities.

Services and support for individuals between the ages of four and 24 with outpatient individual, family, and group counseling, as well as prevention and intervention services. Services encourage individual and family goals while recognizing the importance of trauma-informed, culturally and linguistically responsive treatment. Our highly trained counselors help youth identify inherent strengths to help them achieve their goals.

Offers an adult only mental health facility that provides multiple services which include individual, family and group therapy, case management, Peer Support delivered by Certified Peer Counselors and Therapeutic Psychoeducation. Crisis support is provided by Therapists and Case Managers during business hours. Medication Management and Medication Monitoring services will be referred to the Lakewood office. This clinic serves all populations with accommodations needed to make the service accessible and meaningful through Mental Health Specialists and interpreters to promote recovery. Services for a Veteran may include individual and group counseling in areas such as bereavement, military sexual trauma, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), alcohol and drug assessment, and suicide prevention referrals.
