Substance use disorders program is state certified by the Division of Behavioral Health and Recovery (DBHR) to provide prevention, drug and alcohol education, assessment and treatment services. Services include assessments, education, individual and group counseling (intensive outpatient and weekly outpatient treatment), as well as case management assistance and inpatient treatment coordination.

DUI Evaluations Programs that provide a court-ordered assessment of individuals who have been convicted of driving under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol to evaluate the severity of their problem and make a recommendation to the court regarding appropriate treatment. Mental Health Evaluations -programs that provide screening, diagnostic and treatment planning services for people who are experiencing acute or chronic psychiatric problems. Included is a continuum of assessment services ranging from a comprehensive psychiatric or psychological evaluation to the administration of one or a combination of psychological tests to examine a particular personality variable. Services may be provided in a variety of settings including hospitals and community-based clinics. Co-occurring Groups - offers support groups for those who face co-occurring disorders. Outpatient Treatment Provides outpatient substance use disorder services that usually requires fewer than nine hours per week of attendance, which may include individual and group counseling, 12-step meetings, social and recreational activities, educational and vocational services, life skills training, primary health care, perinatal health care, a program for family members, relapse prevention services, a continuing care program and supportive services (such as child care, transportation and parenting skills development). Length of service can be anywhere between six months to two years depending on the needs of the individual and/or court order. Provides recovery services for King County adults experiencing mental health symptoms or substance use disorders. Offers comprehensive and integrated programs designed to treat the entire person including recovery and resiliency-oriented outpatient counseling as well as case management. Addresses a range of issues - from mild situational stressors to more acute or chronic behavioral health diagnoses. Can assist with: - Schizophrenia spectrum and other psychotic disorders - Anxiety Disorders - Gender Affirming Care for Gender Incongruence - Trauma and stressor related disorders (from domestic violence, sexual or other abuse etc.) - Substance Related and Addictive Disorders - Bipolar Disorder - Some Neurodevelopmental disorders - Personality Disorders - Dissociative Disorders - Obsessive-compulsive disorders (OCD) - Disruptive, Impulse-Control disorders. Some locations provide enhanced case management for enrolled clients. All services are culturally respectful and designed to foster client's attainment of stability and growth consistent with their individualized goals. Offers both in-person and telehealth appointments.

Provides substance use disorder assessments, including DUI assessments, and outpatient as well as intensive outpatient programs with individualized treatment and recovery support. Treatment programs include group and individual counseling, case management, court and probation communication (when needed).   Provides medication assisted treatment for clients with opiate use disorder. Supports the efforts of individuals with an opioid disorder to abstain from or reduce their use of opioids. Support Works with clients to develop goals in various areas such as developing a positive recovery environment, taking care of medical, dental, and nutritional issues, managing legal issues, dealing with cravings and more. Once client has completed treatment and is in recovery, provides monthly support to assist with relapse prevention, skills development and continued counseling

The Addiction Treatment is managed by a multidisciplinary team of psychologists, social workers, psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, chaplains, and addiction therapists. Quitting substances is not required to get support. All substance use-related treatment goals are supported—VA Puget Sound encourages all actions taken to improve health and wellness. Additionally offers a Women's Wellness Program that focuses on treating the unique needs of women in recovery. Program provides: - Individual Counseling Sessions - Access to a Public Health Nurse - Prenatal Groups - Recovery Skills Groups - Family Support Groups

Services include psychiatric evaluation and treatment, case management, dual diagnosis assessment and treatment, and substance use disorder addiction assessment and treatment. Provides an opiate substitute treatment program, including suboxone. Hosts evening and day support groups, including gender-specific groups and LGBTQ groups. Provides culturally sensitive individual, family and group counseling and youth mental health treatment. Counseling happens onsite, virtually, at schools, home and/or other community settings. Also offers: - Support Groups - Social Skills Classes - Case Management Integrated Cognitive Therapies Program Provides treatment for young people with mental health and substance use disorders. Offers a comprehensive evaluation of mental health and substance use disorders followed by individually tailored treatments.   Treats a range of substance use and psychiatric disorders, including depression, anxiety, ADHD, behavioral problems and other conditions commonly experience by those use substances. Prescribes and manages psychiatric medication and offers continuing care services for those need more support.  Program includes option for family to be involved through Parent Coaching appointments and groups. Wraparound with Intensive Services (WISe) Provides intensive mental health services in a wraparound team structure for children and youth involved in more than one system. Team is comprised of significant individuals involved in the participant’s life. Team members include natural supports (family, friends, religious leaders) and the professionals who work with the family (counselors, nurses/doctors, schools, CPS and probation officers). Provide access to crisis services for established patients as needed.

The CReW (Counseling, Recovery and Wellness) Program is a licensed outpatient mental health and substance-use counseling program under the King County Integrated Care Network (KCICN). The goal is to assist adults living with mental health and substance use disorders to improve their quality of life through integrative, person-centered counseling services. Striving to provide continuity of care, helping clients set and achieve personal goals through low-barrier creative approaches, and recognizing that people make changes at their own unique pace. Accessible settings include telehealth and in person support at offices in Seattle, Kirkland, Federal Way and Kent.

Pathways addresses the needs of individuals with co-occurring behavioral health and substance use disorders. Our clinicians embrace the philosophy of integrated treatment and "meeting clients where they are in their process of change." Treatment offerings for co-occurring disorders include the full range of adult services, in addition to specialized assessments for substance use and co-occurring disorder (therapy, skill building and psychoeducational groups). HPWC is a state certified behavioral health agency that provides substance use assessments in English and Spanish for DUI's, Court-mandated, Federal Probation, and Deferred Prosecution as well as self-referred. We also provide state certified DVIT assessments, anger management assessments, and mental health assessments. HPWC has treatment programs that consist of Outpatient Level 1, Outpatient IOP, Outpatient PHP, and 2-year Deferred Prosecution. We are also a provider for Foundational Community Supports for clients on Medicaid.
