Provides a full continuum of State-Certified substance use services including Level 2.1 Intensive Outpatient Treatment and Level 1 Outpatient Treatment. Provides evidence‐based treatments for youth substance use disorders. Conducts a substance abuse assessment to recommend the type of treatment best suited to the youth's recovery needs. Intensive treatment and recovery support can include individual, group or family counseling, case management and referral to community services. Staff consists of licensed mental health and chemical dependency professionals, case managers, nurses, physicians and psychiatrists.

Intervention - a formal response to behavioral health risks intended to increase understanding of chemical dependency and to identify and reduce risk factors associated with developing substance use disorder. Treatment - Outpatient services are are guided by an individualized, formal treatment plan and vary in intensity and duration. Services include individual, group, and/or family counseling. Continuing Care - Provides ongoing support, reinforcement, and case management for individuals who are attempting to maintain a recovery lifestyle and are at risk for relapse or other behavioral problems. Several locations offer mental health services in addition to substance use disorder services.

Adult Treatment Services Provides outpatient drug and alcohol treatment to individuals. Outpatient offers one group session per week as well as individual counseling. Intensive Outpatient offers three group sessions per week as well as individual counseling. Youth Treatment Services Provides help for drug and alcohol abuse which is family-focused and consists of group and individual counseling. Gambling Addiction Offers treatment for problem gambling and treatment of pathological gambling through group and individual counseling. Assessments Assessment will present as a series of questions about individual's alcohol and/or drug use, medical or mental health issues, family and social environment, school and work, etc. The Chemical Dependency Professional will determine which treatment program is most suitable. Offers substance use disorder assessments and treatment to women who are pregnant or postpartum (up to one year post delivers, regardless of birth outcome, adoption or foster care placement of the child) and women with dependent children. Also provides home visits and case management.

Lifeline Connections provides a variety of mental health and substance abuse treatment services, including alcohol and drug information school, substance use treatment, and mental health outpatient treatment to those with a mental health condition or a co-occurring disorder (i.e. mental health and substance use disorder), and comprehensive outpatient substance use treatment options.  Lifeline Connections also offers substance use treatment for deaf and hard of hearing individuals facilitated by a counselor fluent in American Sign Language.
