Mission is to provide compassionate care and instill hope in recovery. Using the most current and evidence-based approaches, we treat the whole individual, including underlying factors that contribute to problems with substance use. Care is provided by a team of psychologists, social workers, psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, chaplains, and/or addiction therapists. Welcome all substance use-related treatment goals, and celebrate all changes made in the direction of improved health and wellness.

Provides mental health and chemical dependency services at multiple locations and assistance in development of a treatment plan to promote clean and healthy lifestyles. The objective is to create a foundation to build upon that will allow self-sufficiency in creating a balance in all aspects of life and living with physical, spiritual, emotional, and cultural growth.

Licensed by Washington State Department of Health for Assessments, Intensive outpatient for substance use including case management, groups, individual counseling and family counseling. Substance use disorder assessments offered on walk in basis. Strongly supportive of the homeless community to provide access to services.

Provides evidence‐based treatments for youth substance use disorders. Conducts a substance abuse assessment to recommend the type of treatment best suited to the youth's recovery needs. Intensive treatment and recovery support can include individual, group or family counseling, case management and referral to community services. Staff consists of licensed mental health and chemical dependency professionals, case managers, nurses, physicians and psychiatrists.

Offers individual, couples, family, and group counseling and therapy services for people of all ages facing mental health, addiction, and/or relationship challenges. Offers sex therapy and help navigating sexuality and gender identity and transitions. Provides treatment to individuals and families related to problematic internet and gaming behaviors. All therapeutic services are strictly confidential. Please note the Center is not a crisis intervention facility and does not offer medication management (appropriate referrals will be provided).

Promotes wellness and recovery from substance use disorders. Offers the following youth and adult outpatient services: - SUD Evaluations, - DUI Assessments, - Individual, group, and family therapy, - Drug and Alcohol Information School, and - Court-Mandated Treatment Therapeutic, social, and recreational alternatives for enrolled clients

Offers mental health and substance use disorder services including Brief Intervention Treatment, individual and group therapy, psychiatric medication and Suboxone and Vivitrol maintenance programs.  Alcohol & Drug Information School State-approved instruction fulfills legal requirements for individuals court-referred to attend an Alcohol Drug Information School (ADIS). The educational, 8-hour course provides students with valuable information about alcohol and other drugs. The course is designed to enhance responsible decision-making with regards to alcohol and other drug use. Students are encouraged to explore the effects of alcohol and other drug use on themselves, their families and their world.   DUI Evaluations Provides a court-ordered assessment of individuals who have been convicted of driving under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol to evaluate the severity of their problem and make a recommendation to the court regarding appropriate treatment.   Outpatient Treatment Provides outpatient substance use disorder services that usually requires fewer than nine hours per week of attendance, which may include individual and group counseling, 12-step meetings, social and recreational activities, educational and vocational services, life skills training, primary health care, perinatal health care, a program for family members, relapse prevention services, a continuing care program and supportive services (such as child care, transportation and parenting skills development). Length of service can be anywhere between six months to two years depending on the needs of the individual and/or court order.   Intensive Outpatient Treatment   Provides outpatient substance use disorder services that usually requires 9-20 hours per week of attendance, which may include individual and group counseling, 12-step meetings, social and recreational activities, educational and vocational services, life skills training, primary health care, perinatal health care, a program for family members, relapse prevention services, a continuing care program and supportive services (such as child care, transportation and parenting skills development).   Agency provides DBHR-certified service(s).

Provides a variety of services to help people recover from a Substance Use Disorder. Services included in the outpatient and intensive outpatient programs include: - Individual and group counseling, - SUD education (information on alcohol and or drugs), - Harm reduction Strategies, - Mindfulness and art therapy, - Relapse Prevention - Abstinence=based models (like AA or NA) l Comprehensive counseling services provided with a strong emphasis on motivational enhancement, cognitive-behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral skill building.

Call for schedule. - Intensive Outpatient Program: Intensive program designed to build a strong foundation and teach skills necessary to maintain a life free from alcohol and other drugs. Includes both individual and group counseling. Groups meet three days per week. - Outpatient Programs: Weekly program designed to support individuals in their recovery. The program provides education and support through a combination of group and individual counseling. Programs available for youths and adults. - DUI Victim Impact Panel: Designed to help participants understand the impact DUI crashes have had on the lives of others in the community. Meets court requirements. Call for schedule and fee information. - Alcohol and Drug Information School (ADIS): Eight hour educational course on impacts of alcohol and other drugs. Meets court requirements for ADIS. Available for both adults and youth.

Once client has completed treatment and is in recovery, provides monthly support to assist with relapse prevention, skills development and continued counseling

Provides substance use disorder counseling and treatment for children and youth age 11 to 22, and their families in East King County, serving Bellevue, Kirkland and Redmond. YES co-occurring therapists hold dual licenses, enabling them to treat both mental health and substance use disorders. They offer individualized programs for clients and their families, designed to help youth and their caregivers develop skills to reduce substance use, make thoughtful choices, and address contributing factors like stress, anxiety, depression, and trauma. All YES substance use and co-occurring disorders treatment programs are motivational and strength-based, addressing substance use within the context of the whole person. These services integrate individual, family, and group therapy in a multi-phase treatment process grounded in evidence-based therapies.

Provides a range of addiction and substance use disorder treatment services to support individuals and families to get on the road to recovery from substance use disorders. Includes assessments, DUI evaluations, co-occurring disorders treatment, prevention/education, and outpatient counseling. Pasco and Walla Walla Offices offer the Youth and Family Tree Program, which provides treatment to youth aged between 12-25 years old who are using substances. Uses evidence -based practices to provide treatment and case management to youth and their families. The Port Gamble S'Klallam Tribe Community Health Center enhances quality of life through culturally appropriate delivery of prevention, education, early intervention, treatment and ongoing services using a holistic approach for individual of all ages. Behavioral Health - This program provides counseling services to individuals, families, couples, and youth. Specialties include life skills training, parenting, anger management groups, and weekend parent education workshops. State Licensed Alcohol & Drug Out Patient Program - Provides DUI assessments, intensive outpatient treatment, community education, deferred prosecution, and aftercare programs. State Licensed Alcohol & Drug Out Patient Program. Licensed Mental Health Provider. Agency provides DBHR-certified service(s).

Offers gender-specific and Native American support groups, outreach for homeless individuals with substance abuse and mental health issues, a state-approved 8-hour Alcohol & Drug Information course for court fulfillment, DUI evaluations for treatment recommendations, Intensive Outpatient Treatment (9-20 hours/week), Outpatient Treatment (less than 9 hours/week), and individual mental health counseling for those with chemical dependency. Provides opioid addiction treatment, prescribes medications like Suboxone and Vivitrol in a setting just like a primary care clinic. One-on-one counseling is available at every clinic. Outpatient managed withdrawal of alcohol and relapse prevention are also available.
