Assists business with recruitment, hosting employee training, labor market information, and finding candidates for openings. - Economic Security for All (EcSA) serves families by building a partnership around the four pillars of support: transportation, healthcare, childcare, and employment. - Unemployment Information: Provide computer and telephone access to apply for Unemployment Insurance benefits. (Online application, weekly filing, and submission of documents is encouraged to expedite the process.)

Coordinates a variety of programs to educate and develop youth and their skills.   - Power Hour: A homework help and tutoring program which offers separate sessions for grades 1-6 and 7-12.   - BE GREAT Graduate: Program for high school students. Provides 1:1 mentoring to those enrolled, assisting them on getting their homework finished on time, tracking grades for each of their classes, addressing school absences, and assisting with college applications, etc. Partners with local high schools.   - Club Read: 2nd and 3rd graders who need assistance in learning to read are matched with teen reading coaches for an 8-week program that runs three times per year.   - Smart Kids: For grades 1-5; assists youth with developing skills and knowledge to avoid alcohol and other drugs.   Computer access and basic computer skills tutoring is available.

Provides a day center for homeless families with children, families living doubled-up, and families in imminent danger of becoming homeless. The center is designed to be a place for homeless families with children to stay during the day. These homeless families will also be referred to other services in the area that are available at other agencies. This is the only program of its kind in the bi-counties and the need for a day center for homeless families with children is identified as a top need in the area. Also provides one week worth of diapers for children birth-17 years of age once per month.

Distributes free hygiene items.  -  Showers contain one larger stall for women with disabilities. Offers mental health counseling, usually four days per week, and Health Care for the Homeless nursing services at varying times Monday through Friday.   Provides use of telephones and computers with internet access.   Offers daily meals from morning to afternoon.   Offers information and referral to other services.
